This place sucks, imagine a place with garbage college students that hate their lives and already don?t care, now imagine a... place where they have to do an ounce of work and actually produce good quality food. Well thats this place and when you mixcollege student and work together it doesn?t mix. Its not enough that they already price gouge you but now they want to be lazyand not even warm up a simple Mac and cheese bowl. This place is no good and is undeserving of your money. Pretty busy location. Staff is nice. They need to clean the inside and especially outside a lot more. Not much parking at all... and trash blowing around in the parking lot. Read more
Worst Panera ever. How hard can it possibly be to keep at least one coffee urn full? 15 minutes waiting for fresh coffee.
The food is good but they often do not get the order correct. Really nice staff and decent atmosphere. No point in ordering... ahead since they do not use the pick up shelves and you still need to wait in line. The water leak from the ceiling wasunfortunate. Read more
if I could give this store negative stars I would. The worst panera bread i?ve ever experienced from the customer service down... to the food. The guy who took my order was rude and was rushing me to order as if he didn?t have time to serve me. The food Iordered was cold! Who serves COLD mac and cheese!? The sandwich was poorly made, they just threw everything on the bread verycarelessly and gave me little to no avocado I couldn?t even taste the avocado on my sandwich. Read more

DO NOT order online from this place. You would think that with PRINTED instructions that it would be extremely hard to mess up... an order. Search other reviews and you'll see it's true. We ordered breakfast sandwiches last Sunday. Both orders did not havethe correct ingredients. It was also assembled in such a fashion that you might as well of eaten it with a fork. Also, theirsausage has zero flavor. Nothing really tastes right at this Panera. On top of that, the bagel we ordered wasn't available. Itwould have been nice to have gotten some sort of update instead of letting us know when we got there. Save yourself the troubleand make the trip to the Carytown Panera. Read more
