This is a below average experience for a Panera. Self serve station is non existent im assuming because of the homeless issue in... the area. Place is usually not cleaned enough. Seems like management needs to do more to support the staff and locationsspecific needs. Read more
Normally this Panera is very good with their food. Last night I hope was a fluke. The amount of soup looked like a laddle-full... in a bowl and the salad wasn't as hearty as it normally is. The taste was still good. I would still come back. Read more

The food came on normal time but over all super dirty. The microwave have brown stains and the inside was covered in Napkins... soaked in something. The drink area was also sticky everywhere you touched. Read more

My first visit to this location in Richmond, Va. I had the Chipolte chicken and bacon flatbread pizza with fruit punch and a... pastry. Would have liked the pizza to have more flavor, but it was a pleasant experience. Read more
I find this place more spacious than the one in west broad but not as elegant as I am expecting. computer assisted kiosks are... available when ordering in case you don?t want to fall in line you just pick a number and it will be delivered to you at thetable. clean area. good staff. as usual, foods are delicious and freshly made. I didn?t get my order until 30 minutes after GH assigned it to me. Expo was standing (in the walk way, mind you) tapping her... fingers waiting for the kitchen to come out with the order. Idk what?s wrong with this place, but if you expo has to stand rightbeside the customers in order to function, you?re doing something wrong. If your line is goofing around and laughing while 5deli sandwiches are sitting in a pile on the line, you?re doing something wrong. Stop stealing our time and money, PB. Read more
