My first time here, and it was fantastic. I got a rather large plate, with 4 servings : Mushroom chicken Beijing beef Fried... rice Chow mein Pleasantly surprised how good everything was. This is the only Panda Express I've been aboard and they've set the bar high for their other locations. The spirited staff... always have this place running like a well-oiled machine, steadily WOKing and rolling to keep the line moving. I don't know ifit's the absence of a drive-thru or if we're just that lucky on timing, but they always have the food fresh and well stocked. Weusually each get the 'Plate" and always find the proportions of the rice/noodles commensurate with the meats. My wife naturallyloves their famous Orange chicken while my go-to is the Beijing Beef, which has the perfect combination of crisp and tangyflavor with a hint of spice. Normally, I never have issues with this Panda Express, but I can tell that management has changed because I had to ask the girl... to wash hands and change gloves. She was from the food line to the register, taking money, same gloves on, then back to foodline. I stood waiting on my turn because i knew that I was NOT going to allow the unsanitary actions. Once upon a time, the foodline workers NEVER jumped on the register because the manager MICHAEL that started off there was huge on sanitation. I candefinitely tell the difference. Yall eat at these places but turn a blind eye. The line was long and no one cared that there wasno hand washing nor glove changing going on. People put money EVERYWHERE, from bras , underwear, shoes, you name it. And thesefood service workers need to be mindful that we have all types of germs, viruses, and diseases out here. Tonight's dinner was amazing. It's getting better for sure. I had the plate with fried rice, orange chicken and Angus steak. It... was yummy. It wasn't ready even though we ordered online, but at least the young lady offered a drink for having to wait. Muchbetter then last visit. Read more
I went here to see what the hype was about. Do not recommend. Food was bland, you don?t get really any meat, just not worth it.... Only thing that was good was the fortune cookie from whatever mass production company they get it from. Read more
I downloaded the app and ordered on line with a 3:16 PM pickup time. This was completed with ease. Unfortunately, there was no... designated pickup area or signage for picking up online orders. It was not mentioned on the email confirmation. I ended upwaiting in line with the people ordering at the counter. There was delay due to a customer?s order being wrong; however, Iapplaud the employee?s attitude in trying to make it right. When I went to the counter, I was told that I should have gonestraight to the register. I stood to the right of the register while the person there continued to help those in line andsomeone came from behind and got my order off the shelf 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I told them that theyneeded to fix that process if they were doing online orders. The employee was very respectful and apologized to me for thewait. I ordered ?The Bigger Plate? which included 3 entrees (The Original Orange Chicken, Beijing beef, and Black Pepper AngusSteak with fried rice and the veggie spring roll). The portions were generous, enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Thevegetables in the spring rolls were very mushy. The food would have been better if it had been hot. They are worth giving atry, especially if they fix the online ordering pickup process. ***Update 5/4/2022 I went back to Panda Express for their 2ndchance. I ordered from their app and added a note to include chop sticks and spicy mustard (this was ignored). I headedstraight to the register since I learned this from my previous experience; however, the young lady at the register continued totake people coming though the line. Just visited today 3/31 around 1pm! I typically don?t leave reviews but I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was... working hard and trying to be as speedy as humanely possible! The girls working along with the manager were friendly andwelcoming. They handled themselves professionally even when a woman was fussing and getting upset about waiting on her TeriyakiChicken then tried to make it seem like the girls were being ?rude?. I know the reviews are mixed (and most have to do with first opening or online ordering problems), but we had great service and... good food. Is it the best Chinese? No, but it was one of the better Panda Expresses I have been to. The chicken dishes wereactually tasty and crunchy, the staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. My only complaint is the rice and noodles arenot that great, but honestly that's a corporate thing as all Pandas have mediocre rice and noodles. I will go again. Read more
