Some days are good and some are awful. I recommend ordering through the app. They just can?t get it right to save their lives at... the drive thru. Despicable service. Some of the staff attitudes are absolutely unheard of. It?s unbelievable that some of them have a job. It?s... not often I?ve had to pass Through this McDonald?s but for certain each experience was unpleasant. The staff lacks anyaccountability nor apologies for their inconveniences or demeanor. The attitude is ? we don?t want to be here and we don?t wantyou here either?. Hull street is being revitalized with some pretty amazing businesses. I liked this place until they decided to straight up lie. They tried to say a space where nobody is sitting is for employees.... There was a sign that said "activity zone" not "employees only". There were no closed area signs nothing. I was halfway throughmy sandwich when I was told to move. It's a shame because this is the only McDonald's near downtown that melts the cheese. Read more
Only one of their kiosks they require you to use when ordering allows payments. The screens aren?t clean between each patrons... usage of the required touching of the screen to order. And today, I went to the mens bathroom and started dry heaving from thesmell of old urine. It?s just not a sanitary place. Read more
The menu is not worth while the customer service was absolutely terribly asked for the menu if how to get a frozen frappe, or a... mc flurry. The coffee menu was very disappointing, it makes it worse that the employee couldn't help me or answer my question.It was also very unsanitary, a food service place should not be that unclean, definitely needs improvement in a few areas ofthis McDonald's. The employees can be super rude. Your food is always hot if they don't forget half your order. Then when you correct their... mistakes they act like you're the wrong one. I order Large Fries this is what I received... Please do better McDonald's Read more
If I could leave a negative 5 I would. I witness a employee get curse out by a manger for helping push a customer car out of the... drive through never in my life have I seen unprofessionalism from a manger. By looking at the reviews it looks like there needsto be some changes made anyways. I hope the guy finds employment else where that values great customer service like hedisplayed.
