Despicable service. Some of the staff attitudes are absolutely unheard of. It?s unbelievable that some of them have a job. It?s... not often I?ve had to pass Through this McDonald?s but for certain each experience was unpleasant. The staff lacks anyaccountability nor apologies for their inconveniences or demeanor. The attitude is ? we don?t want to be here and we don?t wantyou here either?. Hull street is being revitalized with some pretty amazing businesses. I liked this place until they decided to straight up lie. They tried to say a space where nobody is sitting is for employees.... There was a sign that said "activity zone" not "employees only". There were no closed area signs nothing. I was halfway throughmy sandwich when I was told to move. It's a shame because this is the only McDonald's near downtown that melts the cheese. Read more

If I could leave a negative 5 I would. I witness a employee get curse out by a manger for helping push a customer car out of the... drive through never in my life have I seen unprofessionalism from a manger. By looking at the reviews it looks like there needsto be some changes made anyways. I hope the guy finds employment else where that values great customer service like hedisplayed.
