Can I say most McDonald's are 5 star customer service that I have been to. BUT this one is not. I sat in the drive thru for 15... min and when I pulled up to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order and give them my code they never said anything BUTthey asked the person BEHIND what they would like to order. So I give the benefit of the doubt that they grabbed the wrongspeaker first but then they NEVER took my order the car behind me actually got out of line and back in right in front of me. And then the Cashier proceeded to take the next persons order behind me!!!! IF they don't know how to switch from one speaker tothe next PUT a sign up. The quality of the food at this mcdonald's is consistently bad. I've lived in this area for 30 years and have been here quite a... few times. In recent years the food quality has taken a nose dive. The bread is stale, fries are overcooked or undercooked orundersalted or oversalted. Ice cream machine is always down. Chicken nuggets taste like they have been left out for a day. Theycombine tea at the end of the day as well to avoid wasting any of it. So if you order regular tea or sweet tea at the end of theday, you're gunna get the same thing. My last visit to this mcdonalds was this evening. Fries taste like cardboard, nuggetsinedible, 2 items missing from my order. I'm done, im never eating here again. I suggest you don't either. This has become one of the worst run McDonald's in Richmond. Went there during breakfast and the guy working food handoff in... the drive through gave the people in front of me, and me, the wrong orders. He needed to be run through training again bc he waslooking around the store for help and was like a deer in headlights when we got the order. After looking in the bag andnoticing it was a completely different order i parked and went inside which was no better. The employee running the singleregister was yawning, staring at his apple watch, and slowly taping down to go order bags. We made eye contact multiple times asi stood at the register but he didnt even acknowledge that I was there. Id have been way more understanding if he'd simply justasked for a minute to finish what he was doing but he started doing more side work as soon as he was done checking his watch. Read more
I get cold or barely warm fries more times than not! Shouldn't have to ask for Well Done which tells them you want hot fries.... Now the price of large iced tea went up 50%! It was a fast and convenient meal, but I'll be making a pitcher of tea at home fromnow on and fixing healthier options. Good bye McDonalds! Read more
Ice tea order was wrong twice 3 x's a charm. Sweet tea taste like syrup. The staff was incapable of getting a simple drink... order right. The staff were not trained and un experienced. The Manager was incompetent of being professional . This isa customer centered business. It's not much more than smiling and and filling orders . It?s McDonald?s people the one and only. The iconic all American fast food joint with a drive through. This location is clean... and fresh, the staff are nice and quick. I ordered a burger, fries, nuggz and a sweet tea and all of it was to perfection. Theworst thing in the world is a soggy McDonald fry but not today folks! My fries were cooked to perfection.
