Your employee needs to redefine his attitude. Joyfully driving in for a McDonald?s sprite came to a halt quickly as he greeted... us with ?McDonald?s, what do you want to order? in the nastiest tone I have heard. I am taken back by his demeanor andcautiously tell him I only want a drink where he snaps ?small medium or large?. He needs to have a lesson on manors. I amdisgruntled with my experience here along with a long wait time. I was traveling and pulled off at around 8pm on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 to go to the drive through at this McDonalds and... after sitting in the drive through line for about 20 minutes was told they were no longer taking orders even though they wereopen and took the order of the person in front of me. They appeared to remain open and the website said they were open late intothe evening. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told they had ?stepped out?. Don?t bother stoping here andpotentially adding 20 minutes to your travel time for nothing. Read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. This place is DISGUSTING. There was urine on the bathroom floor in the ladies room that was being... tracked all in their and out of the room. They haven't swept or mopped in God knows when, dead bugs all on the window sill nextto where people eat. Mold growing in the only working ice dispenser, and lots of it. No lid on the tea container, and when Iasked for a pack of sweet and sour they said since I didn't get nuggets it would be 22 cents. The bread was hard and the burgerpatty tasted like fish meat, I couldn't even swallow 1 bite I had to spit it out. This place needs to be closed down, even forRichmond this is bad. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, when I got to where you order I was... rudely asked to come inside. They said that the drive thru was busy. The pictures attached will show how busy they were. Alsothey were out of sweet tea. Everything was just wrong. I'm only giving one star because I have to. Read more
