If you are self respected and care about your religious values then stay away from McDonald?s at staples mill and. I ordered 2... big breakfast today with exclusion of sausage. After I got home, I found sausage in both orders. I went back to correct theirmistake, front desk receptionist was very rude. We are Muslim and don?t eat sausage.worse of all they took orders inside andbrought same orders back with removing sausage from the box. I ended up throwing in trash. I come in here about 3-4 times a week for breakfast and its great, the manager David always has everything right and is a very... nice guy. But anytime Ive come in the evening its terrible, tables dirty, drink bar dirty, floors covered in trash and food,ants after the food by the door, idk who the manager is but they clearly don't care, tonight every single table was dirty, noteven exaggerating, it was every table, so I sat at the least dirty one. Stopped by to get a late lunch. They were pretty efficient in getting an 8-car line through the window. Order was filled by the... time I got to the window. When we went, they were a bit busy. It took a little bit to get our order, but we were served within 8 minutes of placing the... order which is appropriate considering the number of orders in the works. What made this McDonald's great was the manager. Hepaid attention to each customer and when he was taking care of something else, he told customers he would be with them shortly.He may not have gotten to everyone as quickly as they would have liked, but he kept the flow going. What started out good quickly turned to a horrible experience. On the good note, I did not have to use the annoying job stealing... kiosk to order my food. The counter person was courteous and had a smile behind her mask. My food came out quickly and Ideparted but not without dropping my full Diet Coke on the sidewalk outside. Once in a comfortable spot outside o noted the lackof fries in my large fries. Worst yet, my first bite of my Quarter Pounder revealed a long hair. I returned to store and againcounter person was courteous but Maneger gave attitude from the start, I guess refunds come out of her salary? Read more
Rude staff, need to be trained. McDonald's need to pay better to get people who have any interest in doing a proper job
