Tonight I did DoorDash. The fries and nuggets were so cold... they were almost inedible and you know how good their fries are... normally. I know it wasn't on the Dasher because this was a Double Dash. I ordered food and then did an add on and my add oncame way before, like 15-30 minutes before. They usually come together with the same dasher so that means the initial restaurantwas not ready in the time they claimed. Or half of it sat there because the burger was a little warm. The food is normally fresh whenever I order! The ladies that run drive through in the mornings are also Amazing, for the first... time I went inside to place a order 8-17-22 around 9:30ish? we were standing at the register and the MANAGER looked us up anddown several times rolling her eyes, I guess her lashes were bothering her eyes?so we walked away to place the order on thescreen behind us. We were in the process of placing an order before she told a customer ?I did not come to work? we politelywalked out! Customer service is definitely lacking. I had to repeat my order multiple times. This happens almost every time I come. And I am... one of those people who knows what I want when I get to the window. This place used to have great customer service. From thearrival time of joining the drive through line and FINALLY receiving food, it was close to 20 mins. When we finally received ourfood, our fries and burgers were cold. Disappointed but this is the closest McD's to my house. Read more
We stopped for a sweet treat, fast friendly service. Perfect ice cream cone with 2 caramel sundaes and one fudge! The table tops... were really cool. Plenty of space to sit on the I side. 2 drive thru lanes and they moved pretty quick! Read more
