We stopped at supper for dinner one night (see what I did there) while in Richmond. There was about a half hour wait but they... have a bar (different drink menu -fewer drinks) that you can wait in. Big outdoor space too. We got the fried chicken sandwich,pulled pork, and a bunch of cocktails (inside better menu). The highlight was the Mac and short rib appetizer - the crab dip wasalso pretty good and I absolutely hate seafood. Service was solid. Read more

Went here for lunch. Sat at the bar. Ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was moist and crunchy. The buttermilk waffle all... but melted when it hit my tongue. The portions were more than enough. I thoroughly enjoyed conversations with the bartender andwatching her prepare drinks. I also can't describe how amazing it smells in there from the smoker. I'm definitely going backto try some of those moonshine cocktails and the BBQ. Read more
Had an amazing lunch here today. Fried green tomatoes were divine, with an amazing pimento cheese on top. My Nashville hot... chicken sandwich tasted amazing, but personally I would have liked it a bit more coated as to make it a little more spicy. Thestaff was amazing, and the venue clean. The only reason I am not ranking this a 5, is due to the apparent lack of free parking.We had to park on a street 2 blocks away as we did not have the apps set up for the paid parking across the street. We loved our food. We sat outside in the heated tent. It was still pretty chilly and we all kept our jackets on. Loved that they... served brunch all day and hubby was ecstatic to see deviled eggs on the menu. My chicken and waffles were plentiful with 2chicken breasts that had a wonderful flavor. We had hoped to order an appetizer but unfortunately didn't see anything we bothliked. Coffee was really good, but both servings could have been hotter. Maybe they keep the pot in the tent? We visited basedon a recommendation so the quality seems to be consistent. Looking forward to coming back especially when the outdoor area(stage and bar) is opened up. We'll be back! Read more
This was some great southern comfort food in the heart of Richmond. The wait to get in was not long and honestly the food and... drinks were a solid price and really flavorful. I had one of their brunch items and it was just amazing! Highly recommend thisplace! Read more
The entire experience was great!!! Loved the outdoor area. The drink I was suggested tasted amazing. Now the food was hands down... exceptional....being born and raised by the ocean, I tend to be critical when it comes to my seafood. The salmon was cooked toperfect. Started with the"pitcher" of blood orange mimosas, which is a full bottle of sparkling wine and a side of juice. Don't repeat my... mistake and go nuts before the food arrives. My entree was the chicken and waffles with cheese grits. The chicken is a bonelessbreast that was moist and had a light crispy battered crunchy crust. The waffle was your typical waffle, nothing to write homeabout. The cheese grits are creamy and savory. Normally not a grits fan but had to try and glad I did. The place filled up fastand with good reason; so if you go, plan ahead. Staff was friendly and the server had a good balance of attention withoutfeeling too frequent nor neglected.
