Worst experience ever. When I pulled up to place my order the young lady came across the speaker and said ( what do you need) I... placed my order after having to repeat it several times. I asked for two DR Pepers and she said they don't have any. As mydaughter and I where sitting in line waiting. The same young lady was standing at the door talking on the phone in a very loadvoice. She was proceeding to tell whoever was on the phone who she was screwing this coming weekend. I could not believe whatthe he'll I was hearing sitting in the drive thru line. We get to the window and paid for the food. Which was two pizzas twocrazy breads with 2 sauces and a galic sauce. As we where sitting waiting for I food the young lady walks around the counterand locks the door in a customer's face and laughs. Another lady hands us one of the pizzas and told us to park in the parkinglot and she would bring it out to us. We waited over an hour. I finally had to go in there and tell them to give me my food. Thesame young lady with the mouth on her gave me the wrong bread and only one sauce and tried not to give me a garlic sauce. Shewasn't even paying attention to the order ticket. I then noticed that they had a whole cooler full of drinks including DRPepper. As I'm waiting for her to give me my food she look at another customer and ask her if she had a online order she say nothe young lady with the mouth problem tells her they aren't taking any orders right now. We hot our food and when I got home Irealized the bread was wrong and it was pretty much raw on the inside. They are totally unprofessional and rude. Read more
Unsatisfied customer. Never and I mean never have I ever experienced so much unprofessionalism, and neglect from a corporation... to its customers. I understand that most who work at this location are minors but there should be a company standard ortraining about what customer service is and what role their employees play in that transaction. Taking my experience to Google since calling their customer service did exactly 0 for me. Placed an order online for wings,... stuffed crust cheese pizza, stuffed crazy bread. Got there on time and waited a good 30mins for my order which was nowhere closeto ready. By the time I finally got home with our food, I realized they gave me normal pizza and bread. Super annoying becauseof the wait (on top of ordering ahead), and they messed up our order, and when I called customer service to ask for a refund,was told the area manager would call me back and never heard anything. This location is very slow at getting your orders filled. I sit in.the drive Thursday 20 minutes before placing over.just to... have to still wait 6-8 more minutes just to get a.simple pepperoni pizza.ya need to get it together around this location.tomany associates on their phones and can't even get a thank you.WTH. My mom ordered a pizza and some wings before work unfortunately it looked distasteful one half was supposed to be pepperoni and... the other side cheese, the pizza was old and burnt! She never received the wings...they told her they cook them after 8pm...sheplace her order after 9:30 pm There's no where on the website about ordering wings after a certain time. ???? I cannot say enough nice things about the gentleman who answered my frantic phone call because I'd forgotten to order pizza on... time.... for 160 people tonight!!! He told me he'd do the best he can (which is all I could have hope for) and HE DID! It was 10minutes past when he hoped and that was an absolute miracle. I'm so grateful and sorry I don't know his name to tell theboss!!!! Read more

While the employees mannerism may not be bad, the speed of service is horrible! And I do mean horrible. Constantly having to... wait 20-30 mins for what is advertised to be ?hot and ready? pizza, is ridiculous. I am currently in line in drive thru that hasnot moved in the last 20 minutes. Read more
