Very authentic Lebanese restaurant, that they make everything fresh. I didn?t try their food, just went to get the desserts to... go, their Baklava is amazing although only two pieces for$5.99 is a little pricy. Ever since my first visit, I have been coming here whenever I am in the area. Had different people worked at the counter, but... they all are very friendly and happy to assist you. Both Minced Beef and Onion Lahambajeen and Cheese Lahambajeen are very good. My daughter likes to put the two face-to-face and eat them together. Yum! Beef Shawarma was delicious. Read more
We made our first visit on February 7 after hearing about the Lebanese Bakery just a few days earlier. 1) You are not going to... find fresher pita in the Richmond or Charlottesville area than here. If you want more than 5 pitas you need to preorder. 2) Thehummus and the mudardara were amazing!! 3) The moussaka was better the second day. 4) we thought the spinach fatayer and falafelwere too dry. 5) the stuffed grape leaves and tabouleh were ok but not our favorites. 6) The customer service was excellent. This place was AMAZING! Great atmosphere, the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in recommending what to get.... He told us to get the falafel sandwich but I also ordered the chicken shawarma, both were absolutely delicious! The chickenshawarma was the most juiciest and flavorful chicken I ever had. It honestly tasted better than the ones I had in Lebanon. Iadvise anyone who goes there to order it! Overall great experience and will definitely go back. Read more
