Besides the fact the fact that if you go at a certain time or day, and you may not get chicken..... I was irritated when I went... today to get the Nashville tender combo, only to think I was going to pay one price, PER THE ADVERTISING AT THE DRIVE THRU, andthen get the intercom to see ANOTHER price at the actual menu board, which was of course Higher. I then asked the young lady tospeak to the manager, more than once, to have the manager Anthony, with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NOT Not even Pretend to beapologetic :( I guess I'll remain hungry and remember why I Stopped giving them my business! Nasty service , very attitude drive thru worker who mumble when talk hardly understand what was said , short rude sentence , and... if you want to order wing will here the answer with lound like unwilling to sell it ? it will take 15 minute to cook ! ? unfriendly . Difficult to understand the girl at the drive up through. Had to place the full order 3 times to get it correct. I had a... regular and diet Pepsi. When handed to me I asked which one was which. The girl said I don't know. I asked how I was supposedto know which one was witch and she said I guess you can taste them-one will be stronger than the other! Great customerservice! The chicken had obviously been cooked for a while as it was dried out and not easy to chew. I failed to ask if thereceipt was in the bag and not surprisingly no receipt was in the bag. I would recommend that anyone looking for a chicken mealto pass by this place and spend their money somewhere else! Read more
This is my first time writing a food review.I lived here for 30 years and for like the last 15 yrs this kfc has been... consistently bad...I'll come back after a couple months or a few years and it's still bad....they need a new franchise owner ormanager cuz it surprising you guys are still in busines...KFC foods is awesome but our local KFC has always been awful.... whenis it ever going to change?? We went through the drive through and the guy was extremely rude. Very dismissive and rushing us. We ordered 2 Famous Bowls and... 2 Biscuits. We get to the window they give us our bag and walk away. Quick glance in the bag, no biscuits. Before pulling off wetried to get their attention but sat for about 2 minutes. We pulled back around and said we didn't get out biscuits. We pull up,they give us the biscuits and we go home. Get home and the bowls in the bag are Mac and cheese bowls, not famous bowls.Extremely disappointed. Read more
This is the second time that I've been to this location during the evening. The manager is on point! And the workers are right... there with her. Hot fresh chicken, hot fresh French fries, and a biscuit with iced tea. I don't treat myself as far as going outto eat especially when it comes to fried food. Hmmm, I haven't been here for a while and by my experience here today, I probably won't be coming back anytime soon. The person... taking my order was nice but I think he was getting tired of working there. I ordered through the drive through, paid for it andthen I was told to wait 3 minutes for the chicken. I pulled up a little like they asked, sat in my car for 5 minutes, no oneshows up. After about 20 more minutes, a girl comes out the side door to give me my food. She just says "here you go," at leastan apology for waiting so long would have been appreciated. Any ways, I open the bag to see if I Received everything I ordered.I saw a whole lottttt of oil sitting in my food. Is that normal? That's a whole lot of oil for the meal I was getting. If youdon't believe me just look at the picture I took. I took some Napkins and let them soak up some of the oil because I was noteating all that. And the cookie is very small and tastes kind of old. Unbelievable on how bad the service was. KFC is my favorite chicken place. I didn?t even get any food. I just walked out. I... should have known at 630 on a Friday and no customers in there and 2 in the drive thru. That place should be shut down. Read more
