The owner should be ashamed how this place is run. The chicken was horrible and not cooked to any standard. Ordered an 8 piece... bucket. No wings and only 1 breast. I stopped by for drive-thru. I said I wanted a #9 - 3 piece, which is the tenders meal per the menu. I get home, unload the car... from a day of errands, and there are NO tenders in the box. There's a leg and what I think are two thighs - I don't like/eatthighs. I called the number listed for the restaurant in Google maps and it goes straight to a busy signal. If the employeesweren't pleasant, I'd give 1 star. Read more
Chicken was not up to standard! Greasy and not even cooked all the way! Ended up throwing away my meal... Also bathroom... lights/power not working and not sure how long it will remain a problem. Avoid this KFC not even worth it. Read more
Always great service wonderful food
Fella likes me works a lot and sometimes just want a fast meal. So I stopped at the Colonel's Chicken. I popped in here on 6-26... after 5. A very nice young man took my order and prepped my meal. Had great customer service and a real nice energy to him. Myreceipt says Briana, but I imagine this got getter was helping her out for a second. Food ruled. No errors. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a SIMPLE order. A famous bowl with a Pepsi 5 chicken tenders A box of popcorn... chicken. Instead, I get No famous bowl No chicken tenders No Pepsi (dr pepper instead) A shepherds pie (?????) And a box ofpopcorn chicken. It?s fast food. It?s not fine dining, it?s just not that hard to get even 2/4 things correct (coming fromsomeone who worked at Arby?s for 2 years in the drive through AND kitchen. And when I tried to call, there?s no answer ofcourse. Definitely didn?t get anywhere near the $22 worth of food I paid for. Read more
Its really bad we asked for additional extra gravy and it?s literally look like it was the left over its not even alot , and the... sweet corn its so dry we didn?t even eat the food, will never come back here again very disappointed Read more
