I usually don't have any issues with my food orders when I order from the Staples Mill location. Today, my unwhich was a hot... mess and wrong. I tried calling the location number provided by Google roughly 12x before I got frustrated and drove to thelocation. I will admit I was not the most pleasant customer, but the team WAS pleasant, light-hearted, quick, and refunded mydelivery charge. While I waited, I also called the Google phone number I had tried 12x and it never rang in the store, meaningthey didn't know I had called so many times. Preordered 16 sandwiches for employees for a training day lunch. All orders were different so everyone's name was provided. 75%... of the sandwiches had multiple names written/scratched and incorrect numbers written on the paper. We're coworkers, not family,and figuring out what things were without touching the food was pretty much impossible. We spent around $150 and this is juststupid and unacceptable. Found a little worm in my sub when I got home. I called the store and they said they would look at what they have at the store... and "pick it out." I suggested they determine if they need to throw away their lettuce or wherever the worm may have come from. Not sure what they did, but I definitely lost my appetite. Read more

Really great sandwiches, a cut above the other chains. Bread is excellent and meats and cheese are quality. Consider adding the... cucumbers, the bread can be replaced to make lettuce wraps, but be warned the "combos" won't save you much money. Its easier toeat if you ask for them to cut your sandwich in half. Read more
After almost 4 years of avoiding Jimmy John's, I am back. I didn't leave because of bad sandwiches, I left because the JJ's on... W. Broad St acted like the Food Police on my order. I would ask for Salt, and they refused to give it to you, because they saidit was not good for you. I like salt on my food, and this Jimmy John's has no problem in filling your order with salt. Thesandwiches are fresh, as I like the Whole Grain Bread as it has great flavor as appose to the traditional sub roll. The peoplehere are extremely friendly and very accommodating to your order even when you ask for extra mayo, onions and red peppers.
