Entrance way outside was flooded with foot of water. Milk is four dollars a pint. They don't accept cash. Cookies are cold.... Cashiers ride. Red Eye Cookies right across the street is a far superior cookie. Read more

This place is CASHLESS and does not have a ramp. The cookies were delicious, I also bought the cream cheese icing and it was so... good. The location was a bit sketchy. It was a basement unit, very small waiting area - felt claustrophobic. Definitely a comeand go setup. Read more

Tried.. white chocolate macadamia, chocolate chunk, classic with m&m and there was a specialcookie on that day at the payment counter? it was super delicious? It is something like sundae ???? Highly recommend this placefor cookies? bcz we only tried cookies? There is no much parking available right in-front of the Store. Read more

The good: DELICIOUS cookies and ice cream. Just what we craved while staying downtown in what is a surprising dessert desert on... Sunday night. The not so good: we ordered through Seamless/Grubhub and the delivery was a wee bit late because of a drivershortage?not a huge deal, gas is expensive and everywhere is understaffed. But the delivery of our ice cream sandwiches came asseparate cookies and tubs of ice cream. Again, given the challenges of delivering ice cream, make-it-yourself is probably asmart move to prevent soggy ice cream sandwiches. But: we were staying in a hotel, and the ice cream tubs did not come withspoons. And we had no spoons (or napkins). Thankfully the front desk person had some and brought them to our room so we didn?thave to get dressed and go search for some so we could assemble our sandwiches. Mostly positive experience based on product andflavor but when delivery is involved they need to take some extra quality control steps. Read more

After hearing so much about this place, I will say it was a bit anticlimactic. I got a snickerdoodle, sugar, chocolate chip, and... oatmeal raisin. I am assuming they were made from scratch, if so, they did not have that usual made from scratch taste. Overallthey were a bit underwhelming, and not as impressive as I had heard. They were just okay. Read more

First time spent close to $40 but we definitely were being greedy hahaha price reasonable !!! Everything was made fresh so... that?s a plus ! I will say the bottom of my cookie was a bit greasy definitely some calories in the food but it?s cookies whatdo you expect ! I would definitely go back again ! The ladies at the front desk were also helpful and had patience with us as itwas my first time ! Read more
