Always a great experience. The manager runs a tight ship. Last visit she was helping serve tables on a busy day and greeting... guests. Her staff is pleasant, professional, and well-trained. I heard a young server training a new server very well. I knowfrom having been in the kitchen that this is the cleanest kitchen in Richmond. Read more

Tables were clean and not too close to other customers. Ourwaitress showed good customer service skills. I picked up an Uber eats order from here and was disappointed that the order was not ready on my arrival. Normally, they're... supposed to be. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and that is an inconvenience to not only more, but to the person who ordered thefood. The staff were very kind and they definitely alluded team work from how they communicated with each other. I just hope forfuture delivery orders, that those are prioritized as well and done on time for the drivers and the person ordering. Read more
IHOP restaurants generally have a nice, comprehensive menu of breakfast favorites, and this location is no exception. My... breakfast of waffle, eggs and bacon was done just the way I like it, and the portion size was perfect. The servers wereattentive without being obtrusive. It is easy to access, right off the main thoroughfare with plenty of parking. While theprices have increased, like everything else in this economy, IHOP is still a good value. Read more

First IHOP experience. Server was extremely nice. Welcomed us an opened door for us on rainy day. Kind and attentive and... personal. Food selections were good beyond just breakfast foods. Restaurant was clean and nice for type of dining facility. Read more
