Food is good but service is not. Ordered in store at the kiosk and my order was wrong. Printed correctly on the receipt and box... but completely wrong. I didn?t check it because again it was correct on the receipt. When I got home I reached back out butnever received a call back from the manager to rectify the situation. If to send $20 on one meal and have it made wrong and thennot have the restaurant correct it leaves a bad taste. Check your food before you leave because you won?t get help afterwards. My son found A HAIR in his vegetables. My food was salty. My salmon was overcooked. Not worth the hype. There was A HAIR in my... son's vegetables. Tried calling the restaurant to report the hair. No way to talk to someone.... Never again Read more
This shop came out of nowhere years ago and has been my staple "celebration" eat spot since. Good news? Hibachi box. New job?... Hibachi box. It never disappoints that's for sure. I love pretty far away from this spot, way west end, but I'm always willingto make the drive for the amazing box of food they throw my way. 100000/10 please eat here Read more
Mad fast, always good! This is a great spot. No seating but easy to grab and go. Lots of great options to choose from!
The portions at Hibachi Box are quite generous! I'm glad they give you the option of both rice and noodles in your platter. ... Usually at other restaurants I would want a little of both, but have pay extra. The Shrimp and steak are cooked well and aretasty for a quick bite to eat. I'm not a fan of the ginger dressing for the salad, but it's okay. Not sure what's missing init. All that being said, it's a great place to eat and I will be here again. Read more
Delicious! Lots of noodles and rice in the box. Delicious chicken with savory dipping sauces. Good deal for the money!
Absolutely horrible! Used to love this place. Today we purchased two meals. One with shrimp and one with Salmon. My two pieces... of flat salmon were dry and unflavorful. The veggies portion was drastically lacking. I normally get flavourful rice. Todaywhite rice and noodle with 0 taste. I threw it in the trash. Oh and here's a pic of the salads they put in the bag. Never again!I don't know who is cooking and managing but I wouldn't be shocked if this place disappears in the near future. Read more
You will spend a pretty penny here, but the taste and quality is verified. I wouldn't say this is an everyday venture, but if... you are looking to spoil yourself with a quick to-go meal, put this on your list. Items and customizable, website easy tonavigate, and charges are explained up front (no hidden fees and such). The location is in the heart of downtown, so I wouldagain suggest to-go as parking is difficult. College kids hang out near here, hence the 4 star for atmosphere, but stillrecommend to give it a try.
