Hardee's itself has great food but its all in the prep and service. I received warm fries and chicken straps that were not fresh... or hot. Could be so much better. Read more

On Friday June 17th around 6 PM I went to pick up an online order for someone. My shoe was stuck to the floor in the lobby. ... The 2 ladies that were in the front were sitting in a booth with their cell phones and laptops plugged up in the front of therestaurant. They weren't friendly and ignored me when I entered the restaurant. I basically had to keep asking for the orderbefore one of them responded. Got in drive through..At 10:27 ordered 10:29 pd. ..got to pick up window, got drink, and was told to pull up to line..will be... right out..at 10: WAS STILL AT LINE.
