After trying McDonalds and Burger King, both were only accepting cash and I didn?t have cash in me so we ended up at Hardee?s.... We went inside so not to be stuck in a drive thru line if they were only accepting cash too. Two meals took about 20 minutes.Fries were stale. Everything else was good though. We don?t usually go to Hardee?s; however, it was enough to not make me wantto go again for a while. Read more

Food was great however there was an absolute clown of an employee in the dining area blasting music on his speakerphone and... bouncing all around. He was all over the place too so it was not only obnoxious but you couldn't get away from him. He was up bythe counter and NOBODY else working bothers to tell him to knock it off. It was a 3 second clip of something he just keptwatching and watching. Completely ruined our lunch, which also took wayyyyy too long to make. My first job was at Carl's Jr andit's sad to see how terrible and expensive the company has gotten. No wonder it's dead every time we go. Read more

We placed a mobile order for pickup at the restaurant. Once we arrived at the drive thru line, we waited over 30 minutes to get... to the order speaker where we sat for 10 minutes until we pulled up to the window. We were informed they still needed to makethe order and to pull forward so they could serve others. We asked for a refund since it had been over 45 minutes, and were toldthey could NOT refund our order and we would need to wait for it because they don?t know how to find the mobile order in thesystem. We were out of time so we had to leave. We never received food for an order that was pre-placed and supposed to be readywithin 10 minutes. I have tried reaching out to the store with 4 phone calls and they do not answer. I have emailed corporatewith no reply thus far, and have had no luck finding a corporate phone number. I received a survey, and when you click the?extremely dissatisfied? option it takes you to a random website, not the survey. Read more

The online order system is horrendous. They are either severely understaffed, under-trained, or under-managed. We placed an... order at 8:45 this morning to pick up when we got to the drive-thru. However, it took us 20 minutes just for us to get to theorder window. 2-3 cars before us pulled out of line because the wait had backed up so much. Unfortunately, because we hadalready ordered online, we felt stuck. However, as soon as we got to the pickup window and told them we were picking up anonline order. They didn't even seem to know online orders existed, let alone how to handle them. As soon as we got to theorder/pickup window, which at this point had been another 20 minutes, they told us to pull up past the window? apparently theyhadn't even started making our order yet, despite being order 40 minutes ago. At this point, we didn't trust that our orderwouldn't take another 20 minutes, so we asked to have our order refunded so we can go elsewhere, to which the person respondedthat they were incapable of doing that at all, even though we were using their ordering system. After speaking to another personpushing for us to wait for our food, we ended up just leaving. To make matters worse, we tried calling the restaurant andcorporate office to try and get our refund, and there was no answer. There wasn't even a corporate contact numberavailable. I'm not sure whether the online ordering trouble was just a fluke or not, but I am aware that the breakfast drivethru line is a 15-20 minute commitment in the very least. Horrible, my sausage biscuit was so salty after 3 bites I threw it away. The hash browns were just the opposite very bland... with no taste of salt @ all. I also had a bacon & egg biscuit, which had thin strips of bacon which were actually thicker thanthe unfolded scrambled egg that were placed on this sandwich. Even powdered scrambled eggs have a certain amount offluffiness,yet these eggs were as thin as individually wrapped Kraft American cheese slices ,smh! I get that today was EasterSunday, and one should be thankful that this place is open at all... But if you are gonna be open , do it right or not at all! Read more

It was actually really good. Better than Wendy?s or McDonald?s 7 days a week. They used real angus beef for the burgers and real... chicken etc. it was really good they deserve more business. See photos. The food is great quality especially for a ?fast food?place Read more
