I get the bites and they?re pretty good. The issue I have is they don?t seem to get orders right. I?ve ordered 3 times as a... DoorDash add on and they?ve gotten my order correct once. Latest mix up?. I asked for any flavor but peanut butter (b/c thoseare NOT good) and all I got was peanut butter. So then thanks to this place I had to spend time battling with door dash to geta full refund. They wanted to give me like a $2 refund. Read more

Delicious! Rich, creamy, and so smooth. Free samples available. So many awesome varieties to try. Myself and the kids loved it.... We stopped here twice during our stay and highly recommend it. A great place for gelato. They have some tasty flavors? from classic, creamy gelato to sorbet. I like how they had a marshmallow... flavor and a Nutella flavor. Their milkshakes are delicious? I enjoyed the combination of the dark chocolate and cherry Merlotgelato for the milkshake I had. If you check-in on Yelp you get a free piece of chocolate-covered ice cream truffle in theflavor of your choice* (*out of the ones they have available for those ice cream truffles). Had a wonderful experience walking into the Frost Gelato this afternoon and was greeted with taste samples. Was excited to see... the combo hot chocolate milk cup with gelato filling. It was super rich and more then I could eat but perfectly made andpresented. The store was full so we had to sit outside but was happily given waters after sitting down and checked on by a staffmember. Very positive and respectful people working here. Read more

Amazing Gelato and friendly staff. Employee greeted us and asked if we wanted any free samples. Explained all of their options... and sizes to us. Offered a taste of the flavor I ordered to make sure I liked it. Gelato was delicious and flavorful. Employeewalked out with a tray of water and offered us some while we ate. Nice atmosphere with videos showing how their Gelato is made.Watched them help a lot of guest kindly and patiently every time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great treat. Read more
