Very quaint Cafe. Reminds me of a Paris Vibe but with local aspirations. Nicely placed in Church Hill , East End of Richmond. On... Nine Mile Road next to Richmond Community Center. it's like a hidden Oasis for the morning!!! The Latte and espressos arewonderfully made better than Starbucks!!! Greasy, slimy eggs. Overpriced for what you get. Maybe it was just the day I visited, but they had poor service. The restaurant... was not busy yet I waited a long time for them to even recognize I was waiting to order. Food was a combination of cold eggs andburn your mouth potatoes. Coffee tasted good, though. The chicken and waffles is not a good mix. The seasoned pulled chicken clashes with the very dry waffle. They also did not have... butter or salt. Who sells waffles and has no butter? ***Follow up*** 3 of my family had shall we say the Taco Bells aftereating here? Dropping to 1 star. Read more
Absolutely above and beyond service. They forgot to record my drink order initially and then went out of their way to correct... their mistake making a free drink and offering us a punch card for a free drink in the future. Staff is friendly andaccommodating for all types of diets and dietary restrictions. Gotta try the beef hash!! ???? Read more

Great space with plenty of drink, food, and seating options! Not only does this cafe feel comfortable for all kinds of people,... it?s clearly plugged into the community and promotes it as well. The space is very clean and has plenty of accessible outlets;very important for those spending hours here. It also has a lovely outdoor space with wide tables for larger groups or thoseseeking fresh air; though outdoor seating is a few more steps from the actual front door. The drinks were a bit watery, but thefood (I ordered the grits!) was very delicious and fresh. I would love to return again and try more. Read more
Great selection of gluten free and vegan options! The taste was great and the coffee was excellent. My favorite parts were the... smoked chicken, greens, and miel coffee! Also the company is super ethical and uses compostable utensils. Read more
My husband and I ordered from Front Porch on a Saturday afternoon. Important to note we are new parents, so we are home bound... and reliant on delivery for the moment. Front Porch lists GrubHub and DoorDash for delivery options - normally I don't like topatronize 3rd party services but the photos of food looked amazing and I desperately needed coffee. Food arrived in a timelymanner via GrubHub. He ordered the Short Rib Hash and I had the Churchill Breakfast with vegan sausage. Both of our roastedbreakfast potatoes had zero seasoning, as did our eggs. I ordered over easy and I think I only got one egg (hard to tell becauseit was just tossed into the to-go container). Both our english muffins were barely toasted and had no butter (nor was anyprovided). His serving of short rib seemed small and he said it was under seasoned as well. I was concerned about my vegansausage - I am not sure if this was actually vegan. The texture seemed off and it was too spicy for any vegan sausage I had everhad, and I've been a vegetarian for 20 years. I did enjoy my collard greens, but I can't see that as redeeming for our mealoverall. Lastly, our 16oz coffees were spilled EVERYWHERE on our order. This very well could have been from the GrubHubdriver. The photos and reviews on Google make this place look extremely appetizing, but I wonder if online order/third partyorders recieve the same care and service as in-person orders. I'd give them another try, but only if we were there in person andI would definitely mention this experience as being pretty lackluster. Read more
