Best Mexican food I've had since moving to Virginia! Online ordering for pickup was easy, service was quick and friendly. The... steak burrito grande was huge, and so tasty! Love that it came with guac + sour cream + chips and salsa. Read more
Ordered from the lunch menu and food was excellent. The host was excellent as was the waitress for the next section. The mango... margarita was tasty but had almost no alcohol in it. I say this as a light weight who ordered the second smallest size. Ourwaitress not so much. Basically ignored us for the better part of our meal until the end when I assume she remembered she had atable. She was also a bit snappish with me when I had a question about the margs but as far as I could see we were one of heronly tables. My mother only had her drink refilled once and for much of the meal it was empty and I sat for 5-10 minutes with nosilverware as our waitress had only brought 3 sets of silverware instead of the 4 we needed. We eventually asked the waitress inthe next section when we saw her. Also while the cheesecake was good the fried ice cream is a frozen ball of ice cream withwhole corn flakes on it surrounded by an inch of whip cream that completely encased it. It was barely edible for the adults butthe toddler thought it was pretty good. Air conditioning was great and the cleanliness was also. Read more
Absolutely awful service, waiter messed up our order, food was horrible. I ordered a taco salad with chicken, it had no cheese... no flavor just wet watery shredded chicken on lettuce in a taco bowl, disgusting. We ordered off the lunch menu they charged offdinner menu. We ordered chicken chimichangas with rice they forgot the rice. We ordered mac n cheese from the kids menu and itis obviously boxed Mac n cheese, it was dry and not mixed it had powder clumps in it. We ordered 21 oz margaritas and got 12 ozand got charged for the 21 oz. the service was horrible the food was horrible. Manager or whoever came over with an attitude andsaid well you ate it. Been going here for years food has always been good snd service good but not today. If you are Mexican youwill get red carpet treatment. Our waiter barely communicated with us we had to flag down another waitress to get attention.Don’t order queso unless you want to spend close to $5 for watered down cheese dip less than 4 oz. The waiters there todaywere clueless and the food was disgusting. Won’t go back. Will try Casa Grande next time. Spent $53 for a miserable meal andmiserable service and a manager with an arrogant attitude who seemed to enjoy being rude and arrogant. We were not rude to herbut did inform her off all that was wrong and the best she could muster up was well you ate it. Yes I could’ve just sat thereand continued to wait for the waiter who disappeared and asked them to take it back but it was getting quite frustrating tryingto get someone’s attention!! I went in for lunch with a co worker and order a grilled chicken quesadilla and got shredded chicken instead had to ask for... chips and salsa, and then was charged $5.90 for a 4oz cup of cheese dip. The customer service is minimal if your not of Spanishspeaking origin. While we were waiting Spanish speaking customers walked in and got the red carpet treatment. This is not thefirst time this has happened to me here. I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN!!!! Read more
