Burgers are hand made with no spices. You get to pick what you want added to your burger. That is good....everything you want... and nothing you don't. Now the bread is a different story. Bread choices would be nice, such as a kaiser roll, or wrap vs thesesame roll that crumbles while you are trying to keep the sandwich together. Read more

There was a taller male preparing sandwiches that seemed pretty ?focused? on the conversation between the cashier and me. This... focus continued even After my order was made and I asked how much for a cup of ice. He again intervened. I declined my offer tomake any further purchases. He seemed condescending in nature as he stared at me. The disrespect was taken out on my food as itwas Super sloppy from an overdose of mayonnaise. I could not eat the sandwich as it was so POORLY made. I now see how 5 Guys atVCU operates. Sloppily. And with the price set higher in the area, the All too forgotten Customer Service should make up for theextra charge. Or maybe, simply treat Others as you would want to be treated.
