Ordered online and went into the store to pick up my order. I've never been in this store... cashier points to the "order pick... up" shelf and that's it... unfriendly/ not helpful employees. Coffee was terrible and for creamer...they have packets instead ofa dispenser. I expected better, doubt I'll be returning to Einstein Bros bagels. Read more
I can say I love this place! But unfortunately my boyfriend had put a online order in to be delivered off of DoorDash, we really... like the jalapeño bagel but they no longer have a option for it online so he decided to call to have the bagel replaced. Whenthey had answered and gave the phone to the person we needed to talk to the guy on the phone had claimed he had already made theorder and he can not charge the bagel it?s only been 3 minutes so not sure why the order would already be done, when we askedfor the manager he said he was the manager, when we asked if he can remake the order he said whatever I?ll remake the order weare just losing money from what we already made, he was very rude and would not give his name, you would think a manager wouldbe more concerned on how the customer feel?s instead of losing money. Very disappointing. That will be the last time we orderfrom this location ever again. Hopefully no one has to experience this unkind and rude employee. Read more

This is my fiancé and I?s favorite morning stop for breakfast bagels. The service is quick, the coffee is good and the bagels... are fantastic. There is an outdoor patio seating area that is great for sitting. Recently though I found that there are a lot ofcigarette butts and wild mallards getting too close which makes eating at the patio not very pleasant? Room for improvement butotherwise the food is great! Read more
Yummy bagels & breakfast sandwiches. This location only had 2 guys working and my bagel-wich was sloppy but still good flavor. ... Love their baked hashbrowns, only wish there was a location closer to me in the Brandermill area. $$ Read more
Tried once, but wouldn't try again. 1 star off for the price. $5.99 is a high price for a lackluster sandwich. 1 star off for... the taste. Nothing noteworthy. 1 star off for employee attitudes. I know that they were nearing the end of a long shift, andprobably tired. But, it was painfully obvious that they certainly didn't want to be there. Read more
This place has taken a nose-dive. The food is the same as before the pandemic. But there is one employee in particular who is... rude, unhelpful and, unfortunately, is working with the public. He should be in the back if he is there at all. This is close tomy house so I go often. Unfortunately, I am moving my coffee business elsewhere. Read more
