While there are the occasional limitations of a small kitchen area which can occasionally cause a bit of back up, I've always... had a great customer experience at this location. The team is always hustling to get orders done but always greet me at thecounter, if not when I enter. While there are certainly times that are much busier than others, I have little complaints sinceusing the app to order ahead and pick up inside. Read more
Just paid $20.44 for 2 bagels with lox. I eat this at the short pump branch often. It?s usually amazing. The bagels were tiny -... like, child sized, mini bagels. There was one, tiny, anorexic slice of lox on each bagel half. Didn?t even cover half of thechild bagel. Super disappointing, a huge ripoff, and I?ll not be back. If they were running low on ingredients, they should nothave accepted my order, or they could have called to tell me they don?t have what they need, to make what I ordered. Sodisappointing. I can make a dozen of these at home for $20, even with inflation. Read more

First of all, I love Einstein bagels! their bagels are always hot fresh and delicious. This was the first time I had been to... this particular location. Very clean and updated atmosphere. The employees are very friendly, courteous, kind and speedy! I gotthe asiago with cream cheese today. Absolutely delicious to say the least. It definitely hit the spot! this is primarily about their business practice, not their food. their "schmear society" is supposedly a reward program for... repeat customers. i belong. however... if you order a baker's dozen of "everything" bagels in the store, the price is $14.00(aprox), BUT, if you're a schmear society member and you go online to order the exact same thing, they charge you for 13individual bagels and the cost becomes $28.00 (approx). bad enough, but the problem is worse because if you use a gift cardbalance, you have no idea how much they're charging you. no prices shown online, and when you pick up the order, it only showswhat you ordered, with no prices or totals shown. absolutely ridiculous. very deceptive and non-transparent. also, if you orderin the store and use your schmear account, they will not / cannot charge your gift card balance shown on the schmear account.???????? bottom line, great bagels, lousy and deceptive business practices. btw, corporate is non-responsive to my complaints.
