Not sure why the doors were locked at 7:45am when they?re supposed to open at 6am. Another occasion, my order was taken in the... drive thru but when I pulled around, the girl had no recollection of my order and went on about placing orders online. Not surewhat that had to do with anything but some else had to re-enter my order. Read more
They seem to be struggling with staffing recently which makes for slow service. Their app isn't connected to local inventory... either. After placing my mobile order and paying for it, I didn't find out that they were out of the coffee box which I hadalready paid for in the app until I arrived at the pick up counter. It was a little unclear how they were going to refund thecost of the unavailable item i had paid for (cash or refund my credit card?), but they eventually figured it out. The drivethrough line is generally long and very slow here so I went inside the store to pick up but found a lot of people waiting fororders inside too. We ordered two dozen doughnuts and 2 cold drinks. The first drink was a pumpkin spice iced latte. The second drink was a... strawberry coo-latta with whip cream. The coo-latta tasted terrible. We called back right away and left a message. I wanted arefund or a replacement drink. I left a message for someone to return my call but no one did. I called the next day to explainwe just spent over $45 there and I wanted my drink problem to be fixed. I felt unhappy with their service. Read more
I have come here almost everyday this semester, and as someone who worked at dunkin for 2 years, I am amazed at the quality of... service coming from this location. Every coffee has been consistently delicious, every donut has always been perfect, and everyfood item has always been exactly how I ordered it and exactly to dunkin standards. Great job!
