TERRIBLE. Whatever shift worked 10/26 at 6pm, needs to be fired. I ordered delivery and they gave me whatever was left after the... day, NOT what I ordered. The donut holes were STALE to the point they weren?t even edible. I immediately spit it out once Itasted it. And they gave me 1/2 of the donuts I ordered. I use to deliver from here all the time. I stopped when they were slow and rude. Made my first delivery here in a while and... they?re STILL slow and rude. I?m talking to the older woman putting up to go orders. I ask her about my order, and the cashiercuts us off saying ?Your GH order is coming up?. Um, excuse me? I?m talking to her and while you?re talking to me, you?re nothelping this long line of customers behind me. Some of the customers recognized that too and walked out before placing anorder. Never order anything from the dunkin app for this location. I've tried ordering donuts and drinks on separate occasions and no... matter what it is, they are out. On this particular visit they were out of the chai. I was understanding and was fine withgetting another drink. Unfortunately they gave me a different drink than what I asked for with this substitution. The foodquality and everything else is what you'd expect out of a dunkin. The key takeaway is never order in the app and when you orderin person, your mileage may vary. Read more
