I've never had a visit where my order was not messed up. This last time I was in a hurry, the employee who handed my my order... looked in the bag and said 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of hashbrowns. I acknowledged that it was my order, got to work and ofcourse I was missing a sandwich. Every single time! Usually I catch it but I'm fed up with it. Read more
This store is so dirty and the women who work their are disgusting. They put hair in your coffee and hang up on you when you ask... to speak with the manager and the manager on duty is really rude and gave me the wrong corporate number because she was afraidto get in trouble. This establishment is so unorganized. I mobile order a coffee to pick up through drive thru. When I got there the drive thur... line was backed up so I decide I will just go in and get my order. I was the only person at the counter and no oneacknowledged me. One lady would not even make eye contact. I asked if my order was on the counter I was told no but neverasked for my name or what I order. After 3 min of this I left and went through the drive thur that was still backed into thestreet. After about 5 min of waiting I pulled around to the window braking in front of cars waiting. When the guy finallyacknowledged that I was at the window after a min. He said oh your Courtney and handed me a Luke warm beverage. When tastingthis signature salted carnal latte I realize there is no coffee in it.
