I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. It is always a slow drive through, they constantly mess up orders, and... frequently they are out of items. Honestly this location has gone down hill and this was the last time I?ll go to it! I am surprised anyone answered the drive... thru since past two times I have sat at drive thru for 5-10mins with no one answering but when I give up and drive around thereis a person standing right inside window smiling. Today, there is only one worker in the store and she tells everyone to hold toorder. The wait is at least 2-4mins because she wants to finish the order previous. yo- if i was the owner or manager of this place I would be so disappointed. literally have had too many bad experiences and... would only go to this one cause its literally the only one around. walked in the other day and these D bags were out of milk..THEY HAD NO MILK. no oat milk, no almond milk, no. freaking. milk. none. .......are you kidding. i was hoping i was gettingPunk'D. midlo, we now have a brand new Dunkin' they are clean, and they are so so SO much better. oh, and they have milk!! I've been going here for months on and off and have never had an issue, until this morning. Just parked to get it through my... head. I know that Dunkin' is a fast food chain and I know that the teenagers working here are not baristas, I myself am youngand have worked at Starbucks so I get it, but what happened today was actually laughable. First, she said to give her a momentwhich is all good. I gave her about 15. I realize she must have forgotten so I pull up and she tells me she has been busy,whatever. She hands me my drink, making full eye contact with me, as if nothing is wrong. As I recieve my drink I can't help butnotice how... light it is. I always get an oat milk latte. It is always the same color. I assume maybe they used a differentmilk... No, they forgot the espresso. They literally filled it up all the way with milk and the cream- No coffee. I didn't evencircle around because for whatever reason dunkin does not give refunds through online orders- AND i got extreme secondhandenbarassment for the workers- not worth going back thru. This might be the slowest drive-thru I've ever been in. 10 minutes waiting, just for the car two in front of me to get a straw.... Yes, seriously. You'd think my simple order would've been ready by then. Ha! Realistically, they're probably understaffed andundertrained. Read more
I?ve never had an experience as weird as this. I waited 10 minutes to order and ordered Munchkins. Just 10. They took my order... and I went to the window to wait another 10 minutes. Eventually, someone came to the window to ask me what I was waiting on. Itold her just Munchkins. She told me they can?t do food like I was crazy for ordering food. WHY DID YOU TAKE MY FOOD ORDERTHEN?! Someone left with a box of donuts from the place while I was waiting?The worst place. Read more
I?m currently in the drive thru line while writing this review. Ordered no more than 3 items, including one being a donut.... There?s been another customer in front of me who?s been waiting before I got here (30 minutes ago). Management seriously needsto train the workers on how to cook a sandwich in a timely manner. This was gross and far from honest. I ordered an iced coffee with pumpkin sweetener and skim milk. What I got was skim milk and... pumpkin flavor without coffee?! Never again. We went straight to Starbucks where they do it right. Read more
