Eh. Dunkin has never been a fav off mine, but it's convenient located about a quarter mile from my front door and so sometimes,... a dude's gotta do what a dude's gotta do! They make an ok cup of coffee, but my problem is with the donuts themselves... Theyvery rarely seem fresh. Now, to this location's credit, I don't think this problem is exclusive to this particular location. Ijust experience it most of this location because it's the closest location to me. To be fair. Butt one of my favorite thingsfrom Dunkin has always been the coffee roll. I've always find it to be the thing that stays fresh the longest. But notanymore. They always seem dry and stale. And since that's the only thing I eat there it makes it hard to justify a visit. Andon the very rare occasion that I try and deviate, they never have what I want. We ordered one donut, an iced coffee, and a latte from the drive-thru. You would have thought we asked the staff to solve a... calculus problem. The donut and coffee were OK, but the latte was wrong, and it took significant conversation at the window toget the order as correct (or incorrect) as it was. Read more
How do you run out of donuts before 10 on a Sunday? App allowed me to place an advance order, but when I got to the drive thru,... no donuts. Not a huge deal, but the manager was irritated at me for wanting a refund instead of hash browns. Not the service I'mused to from Dunkin. Read more
So tonight I had the glorious pleasure to be served by the most magnificent, marvelous, magnanimous, magnetic, and majestic... team. Their knowledge of their menu and craft was so suberb that my thirst for Dunkin was completely sated. I went there today and ordered an iced small matcha latte. They filled it completely with ice and I only got about four sips of... actual drink. 4 sips for 5 dollars. When I asked them if they meant to completely fill it with ice I expected them to offer toput more of the actual drink, but they replied that it?s an iced drink and that?s what they normally do!!
