The delivery driver was incredibly unprofessional. When hearing that she was delivering to a group home she continued to ask... questions about if the kids were retarded, and personal questions about their lives for several minutes making the kids andmyself very uncomfortable. Read more

I placed and order for my children and I. Was informed the order was on the way after about an hour wait. Another 40 minutes... later I receive a message saying our order was canceled. When I call the store and speak to the manager, I?m informed the drivertried calling me and was told I lived in Ohio. I check my order confirmation, thinking maybe I entered my phone numberincorrectly because I never received a call. My number is accurate and I?m told the driver must have dialed the wrong number. Sotwo hours later, no food and no apology, just a rude manager telling me she can?t predict how long it would take to receive anew order if we placed one. I ordered dinner for my nephew and I and when the food arrived, I asked him to get the door. I was in earshot and overheard the... delivery driver, Summer, hassling him for a tip. She rudely mentioned three or four times during their interaction that I hadn?ttipped her, but could not provide a receipt with proof of that. She pressured him to bring her my credit card and when he voicedhis discomfort with that idea, she pushed three more suggestions, including a cash tip. After realizing that Summer wasn?t goingto leave without some sort of a tip, my nephew went digging through my purse and found some cash to give her. She was incrediblyrude, impatient, and downright pushy, and made my fourteen year old nephew deeply uncomfortable. If you see her name on the app,just be prepared to be harassed over a four dollar tip. Read more
