The team members at this location need more training. We had a couple of people with allergies in my group and they were unable... to answer questions about ingredients. We found ourselves googling our questions to get answers. Also, they are not thoroughlyrinsing utensils and cleaning the stone in between orders as I had flavors and mix-ins that I did not ask for. I have a severetree nut allergy so I was alarmed when I found something extra in my sundae. Thank god it was a peanut and not a walnut. This isa huge safety issue. Read more
The employee was moving so fast she didn't get my order right, and if a cold stone is used to mix ingredients into the ice... cream, why is it melted when it's being put in my cup. I couldn't eat it, it was a milky mess. Read more
Very disappointing. Five of us got the small cup. Not even a real scoop. Almost $5 Each! You get one free mix in- barely. My son... asked for hot fudge, it was a tiny amount of cold syrup. We couldn?t eat inside because we are in fear of a virus... and youcan?t eat outside as the tables were filthy. Would not go back. Read more
Coldstone never disappoints. My daughter and I love stopping by here to grab a cup of whatever new interesting mix of ice... cream, brownies, and sprinkles they have created. I chose a revised birthday cake flavor, it was extremely good, and the girlwho made it gave us an enormous amount if ice cream that I was super excited to dig into. This location is always friendly andinviting. I will be back for sure. Read more
My experience at this Coldstone was exceptional!! I stopped here on my way to NC and was very impressed with the service I... received, and the ice cream itself. I came in this Friday and ordered the birthday cake remix. The line was fairly long but Idid not wait long. I ordered the Midnight Delight Cake online. It was ready at the time I requested, the staff was friendly and helpful. It just... took a couple of minutes to get the cake out of the back. Name spelled correctly as well. I have never ordered an Ice CreamCake from Cold Stone. Worth the money. Cake was dense and fresh and the ice cream was delicious! We will be back! Read more
