First time trying out Cicis Pizza and it didn?t dissapoint at ALL. As soon as I walked in with my children, the gentleman at the... register (The owner) greeted us with a smile welcoming us to his restaurant. The place was very clean, the food station as welland the variety of pizzas were amazing and delicious! The owner came to check on us couple of times and that was a very nicegesture. Before leaving I didn?t have any change for my son to play the arcade, so he was so sweet and gave my son a couple oftokens so he could leave happy! The Cicis near us closed, and I didn't know this one existed until driving by it today! We had to stop! Our 2 kids absolutely... love the place, and all of the pizza selections were great. Constant cleaning of all surfaces and taking the dirty plates back(there were never more than 10 or so plates in the dirty bin) by one person on staff, doing an amazing job of keeping up withall the tasks. Honestly we know Cici's. Though this is the cleanest and most customer orientated Cici's I've been too. All the tables were... cleaned as soon as the guest left and there was always a stock pile of plates. I didn't go into the arcade but it seemed adecent size. Would definitely go again Read more
Order Hawaiian pizza to go. The young lady that works at the front was very nice and professional. However when I got home and... opened the box, the story was different. Please see pictures, i called and complained the young lady was again very nice butgave me two options. 1. Go back and get my money back or go back and have them remake yhe pizza. I live 4 miles away. Aftercalling my credit card to stop the payment, they said that was going to take 5 days so I ended up calling back and yold them tomake my pizza again. Please see the picture and judge yourself. Hawaiian pizza is made of Canadian bacon and pineapple. Seeif you can actually count more than 8pcs in the picture. Lol my last visit to this place. I love Cici's pizza and salad bar. As an older person I try to eat more salad than pizza however the young people I go with like... more pizza than salad so everyone is happy. This Cici's location has a new design and has an excellent staff of people includinggeneral managers that great customers and keep an eye on freshness, keeping pizza's coming out and making sure salad bar isfresh and the place is clean. All of the staff are great. I normally eat here at least 1-2x per week. It would be nice to seesunflower seeds, chick peas or some protein source on the salad bar but aside from that I think they are doing a great job andproviding a tremendous value for the cost. I recommend this place and think families and kids along with adults can all findsomething they enjoy here. Keep up the great work Cici's! Read more
I took my youngest daughter tonight, and the manager that was there (I believe his name was Brian: 60yr old white man w/white... hair) was Amazing! I promise, I never leave reviews or ratings, but I couldn't leave without shouting him out.
