When they first opened the Salad was all the to the top. This is what I got today. Bowl only about 75% filled. I recently... visited a Chopt in Charlottesville and the bowl was completely filled to the top. To make matters worst, I attempted to find a"Contact Us" hyperlink on their website but could not locate it. Oh by the way, the price has gone up too. I understandeverything is getting more expensive, but don't raise the price while slashing portion size. Read more
Nice place for lunch. Arrived at 1230 so there was a line, but even with 20+ people in front of me it barely took 10 minutes,... and gave me time to check out the options. In the end, I went off script and ordered romaine with 4 extra ingredients. App$10.50 and more than enough for lunch. They take allergies seriously - mentioned one and she quickly pointed out what items Ishould not select. Read more
Very refreshing. Clean well stocked salad bar. Super friendly staff. Awesome scenery. Great way to start the day.
I love chopt?s food but I?m the past month the service has gone down. I eat there about 3 times a week and I can?t tell you how... many times they forgot my bread or my avocado or my fork. And when I am spending around 35 dollars there a week it is reallydepressing. On multiple occasions I have chosen to go to potbellies down the street just because I know they will give me what Ipaid for. If service started to get better at Chopt and they stop being cheap and lazy by not giving you a bag when you have towalk blocks back to your office with the food, this could have easily been a 5 star review. What a great place! I can't understand why anyone would complain about the prices, given that the salads are HUGE! Easily enough... for two people. And complaints about not enough ingredients? Not if you are paying attention while they are assembling yoursalad. They really are accommodating if you want to change things up a bit. (However, I can see how things may get by them onto-go orders.) I'm definitely going back! Great taste, low calories, perfect lunch. Read more
Counter serve salad chain where customers can create thier own bowls nd wraps from wide array of fresh veggies and meats. I am... surprised how fresh the ingredients are and most of them are locally sourced. Expect a huge line but very fast service,especially during lunch as its a new location. CHOPT app is really good, would suggest picking up food for few weeks until therush slows down. Read more
