Slow staff with an attitude. had to wait 15 minutes for my customers delivery order. Expo still have the audacity to ask me to... show her the confirmation for the order. really wish Chick-fil-A, among other restaurants and businesses, would actually putmoney in their staff wages so they can hire capable staff and operating a legitimate business with integrity. The Lord is definitely working through the kind staff at this location!! They blessed us with so much kindness During our visit... right after my son broke his arm. The staff was very kind and polite, and I myself am always careful to do the same. I think someone there made a mistake bc they... said ?they had bagged my order, so ?don?t worry? they had hooked me up.? Upon taking my order home I was give an 8 nugget meal,when I ordered a 12 nugget meal. I think the intention was good, as a I had a pleasant interaction with this person, buthonestly the food tasted old and the quantity wasn?t what I ordered. I normally never have issues with chick fil a delivery, however the last 2 deliveries from willow lawn have not been good... experiences. Today specifically, I ordered lunch for myself and coworkers and while it was quick, we only received half of theorder. I spoke with 2 separate people on the phone who were wonderful and had the missing items redelivered. Everything was fineuntil my coworker pulled a plastic bag out of his drink. I?m not sure what?s happening at the willow lawn location, but theyseem to be lacking the attention to detail that chick fil a is known for. Read more

When you think of Chick Fil A you normally think of quality food and a friendly experience. I can say with out a doubt this was... the worst experience from ordering, getting cold food and when you fill out a survey they try to blame you. They do not wanttrue feedback. There are a lot of Chick Fil A's in the area go visit them. Crystal with hospitality does not listen and tries topush it back on you. I asked to talk to their leadership and I am sure I will not hear back. Go to Tuckernuck Parham or ShortPump even Ashland and Hanover. A must better experience. Read more
