First time coming here. Capital One Cafe is also a bank. Took a chance to see if we could get a medallion stamp to certify the... document. Unfortunately, the cafe bank can?t do it, we have to go to the actual bank to get it done. The ambassador at the cafewas so nice and helpful. He made several phone calls for us to confirm that Capital One offers this service at the Woodbridgebranch. Best customer service ever experienced!! He even paid for our drink! Highly recommended! Next time when I come by ShortPump, I will stop by for a coffee, 50% off for Capital One customers. Read more

Wow, we were so impressed with this place. I had never been into a Capital One Cafe before and one of the advisors, named Elle,... welcomed us in and even paid for our drink. We were so impressed. What a great experience. I would highly recommend thislocation. The drinks were better than starbucks, and if you're a Capital One customer you get 50% off. It doesn't get muchbetter than that! Super loud and unprofessional. I wish the staff would be professional and considerate to people working. One barista was on her... phone with another staff member by the water station while someone else did all the work behind the counter. The same baristawas singing obnoxiously loud and the other coworker was talking loudly about her personal life and an issue she had with acustomer. I just think there is a time and a place and a banking establishment with people working is not it. I appreciate thecleanliness but I only came in to get work done. Read more

Ellie at this cafe saved the day for me. I was trying to transfer money from an old Cap One savings account to a Truist business... account and couldn?t do it online. Ellie greeted me at the cafe and gave some really helpful suggestions. I went to Truist butthey couldn?t help so came back to Ellie because I didn?t know where else to go. She sat me down and patiently walked me throughthe wire process and helped me complete the transaction. She was patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I worked for Cap One for20 years and left in 2015 and am glad to see young people like Ellie are continuing to uphold the company?s reputation. Read more

I am leaving this review for the bank ambassador, Cassidy. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind. She helped me... greatly in opening bank accounts and learning how to do international wires through Capital One bank accounts. She was the mostknowledgeable person that I have spoken to at Capital One. If there is any opportunity for promotion, I think she should be theone who gets the promotion because she is very professional, and I can see that she tries to go above and beyond to helpcustomers. Came in on a Sunday visit looking for a cool drink and was greeted by an incredibly kind employee. Mentioned that I was going... to be working at Capital One in the fall and they gave me a warm welcome to the Capital One family and offered my girlfriend andI free free drinks! This made our day and we will definitely be back! Read more

This place is the best. It's so lively and lovely, and omg their fruit tea shakers are the BEST. It's a indulgence, without... costing like an indulgence. The staff is always so sweet and kind, even when they're busy, which to me is a mark of greatpeople. They really take the time to make every experience awesome. And plus, they have staff who can talk to you about acapital one card BUT won't bother or hunt you down to sign you up (that being said, it's a great card in my experience). What atreat!!! Read more

This past Saturday we met some family at Short Pump to celebrate my daughter?s birthday. After walking around in the 95 degree... heat we decided to chill out in the Capital One Cafe like we have many times before. We were warmly greeted by a lovely youngman who offered us the use of a large table. He graciously comped our drinks and congratulated my daughter on her birthday. Hestopped by several times to ask if we needed anything. We did offer him a piece of birthday cake in return but he politelydeclined. He then gave us all a bag of goodies in honor of mental health awareness month. We mentioned my daughter is a mentalhealth counselor. Little did he know that mental health issues affect many in our family. It was nice to be acknowledged, butit?s also important Capital One and their employees are supporting such an important cause. I would like to thank that young manfor his kindness, compassion, and generosity. Read more
