My mom and I stopped in to get lunch, firstly the cashier didn?t ask us if we were dining in or to go. Whatever, no biggie.... We?re standing to the side waiting for our food and another person is as well, when an employee comes over and asks the personif they ordered what our order was. They said no and my mom put her hand up, the employee looked over at her and continued toask him if he?d ordered that. He said no and she walked away with the bag and then walked back and asked us if it was ours. Mymom said yes, and she tossed it on the counter at us, with nothing else said. I chalked it up to her having a rough shift anddecided just just leave it alone. The last straw was when my mom asked for cups for water and we were told we had to pay for thecups. To get water. Seriously??? They wouldn?t even fill them at the drive thru window to make sure we were just getting water,no. We had to pay for the cups. At that point, we had enough and just left without paying for water cups. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Terrible drive through. Visited sep 7, 2022 6 PM. I was asked to park and they'll bring the order. Waited 10 minutes. Noone... showed up. Went inside and saw my order is ready to come take it from inside. This is against definition of drive through. Ifmanager reads this comment; why this is happening?! I?m giving them 1 star for few reasons 1) it?s a Sunday and I was the only one in the drive through and it still took them like... 30 min to give my food 2) I was given food without napkins or savet who does that 3) I feel Burger King by Brook road is waybetter service wise than them Read more

Notice I said mines...no it's not Ross or TJ MAX, those belong to my wife. I was all about the food today. This was weeks ago, I went in for lunch and it was the most depressing lunch interaction I?ve had in a while. The drive through... employee was slack-jawed at every transaction that drove through, one woman working there said while I was waiting for my foodhow much she hated her job and wished she could find another one, but the one saving grace was that the manager, who was clearlydealing with employees who were still in training or who were trained and just not happy to be there, was doing everything inhis power to calmly keep things moving and make sure customers got what they ordered. I?ll honestly say I?ll never go back tothis Burger King, because it was such a terrible and depressing experience, but that manager, whose name I wish I could recall,was doing all he could to save that restaurant from falling apart. Not ever worth it. Have a ?burgers for breakfast? category but told me they couldn?t make burgers until lunch ???? ordered a... coke AND a sprite and they thought to mix them? so I had two nasty lemon lime Coca-Colas. I am the general manager of a locally owned and operated pizza place and I must say?. I was very impressed by the managers... service (He was a tall, skinnier man with dreads). My food was hot and perfect to how my girlfriend and I ordered it. The staffwas very friendly and joking around with us. Their lemonade machine wasn?t working at the time, but he explained it verypolitely and of course we understood. Overall, it was amazing time, considering most fast food experiences aren?t as joyfilledas this was. Hats off to the two employees that served us, I really wish I got their names. Read more
Worst experience ever. Literally orderd through drive thru. Was asked to pull around and someone would bring it out. After... sitting and seeing others who came after me getting their orders I waited for about 24 minutes and went inside. My order wasgiving to someone else. The cashier threw a cup behind the back of the house after I asked for a refund. This whole place isridiculous and no one seems to know what their doing. There was also a guy in the store behind the counter literally paintingwalls near food that is being handled. I do not plan to ever use this service again and I would give a negative 50 stars if Icould. Contacting management and or cooperate about this situation! Ridiculous ! Read more
