Michelle Clayton gave my order to a random person instead of my Uber eats driver. Never received my order so when I call up... there she wanted to be nasty and tell me I have to cancel my order and reorder it again. I need to speak to corp about betterstaff. Read more
It was excellent because we had the sweetest girl who was very polite and made sure our order was correct and we were really... happy with her and we really appreciated it. There are a few people there who are not very friendly and they don't care as much.Maybe some of her enthusiasm will rub off on them. Read more
If you want any coffee related items they will never have it they always almost everyday say they waiting on the truck if I ask... for regular coffee they give me coffee that old you put ten cream inside it?s still black my platter always come in a sandwichbox. Waited a long time in line for a chicken sandwich. When I got to the speaker (7mjnutes) the lady did apologize for the wait, ... then to the window 4 minutes at least. Look at that floor! messy... Waited a bit for her to take my money, waited a few morefor my soda, waited a bit more for my bag, all in all probably 17 minutes from getting in line to getting food and drivingaway. The sandwich was terrible , wilted lettuce, and probably a 1/4 cup of mayo. Attached a pic. after I wiped some mayo off, see how dark the chicken is, over cooked! Yay... the manager got a compliment... not for cleanliness, speed or accuracy. See pics. Just a terrible place with horrible... slow workers that clearly don't want to be there and take no pride in their work place or the work they do. I'm truly saddenedfor the way customer service and general employee work care has truly gone to shittles. Read more
