We were excited that a new location was built near our home instead of traveling 5 Miles out of the way. The problem is... everything we choose to go there something is short or missing. Two weeks ago we ordered a salad, we paid for the order and getto the window and there are no salads and instead of giving us a refund the cashier tries to offer us chicken tenders because the line behind us too long. Next, we have had missing and wrong food items. And today we tried to order a wing dinner and wastold that it would be get this a two hour wait. At this brand new location , you have managers that don't know the proceduresfor refunds, cashiers with poor customer service and again I didn't mention other incidents where the service was not even worthone star. This new store on Brook Rd in Richmond Virginia is never open on time. They are supposed to be open at 5:30am. I have to be to... work at 6 so I stop by there almost every morning around 5:40am and they are never open. Then they just leave you at the speakerwaiting for one of the employees to say something and nobody even comes to say we're not open yet or nothing. This has beengoing on for too long. Read more
The staff here is amazing. We ordered and were told there would be a 15 minute wait - no problem. The wait ended up being... quite a bit longer - no big deal, things happen - and the manager brought our food herself along with some extra chicken becauseshe felt bad about it. We assured her it was no problem but she insisted, which was incredibly nice. Our experience here isalways positive but that was especially nice. Of course the food is consistently great too! They were out of the sandwich I wanted so the manager gave me a different sandwich and drink for free! Very impressed and... pleased with the customer service going above and beyond to ensure costumer experience was perfect. And of course the chickensandwich was 10/10 delicious. Thank you! Read more
Excellent food. The cashier needs people skills. They forgot my fries. The manager was very professional and nice. Seemed the... cashier didn't know what she was doing and acted like she didn't want to be there. Good help is hard to find. Read more
We tried this new location today. The biscuit sandwiches we ordered were all freshly prepared except for one country ham... biscuit. The biscuit was dry and the ham dry and hard, not moist at all. Seasoned fries weren't hot. Sweet tea was good. Read more
On ny first time here, I went through the drive through. I ordered 2 ham biscuits and a drink. When I got home with my order,... I found that both biscuits were doughy in the middle..not completely cooked. I decided to give them another chance. Thebiscuit was done this time. The drink, however, was mostly water. I had tried it before leaving the window, so it should nothave been watery. I do not plan to spend my money here. Read more
