Absolutely worst environment and service I ever experienced. They put a young kid that appeared to be new at the register and he... also had to fulfill the orders while other employees just walked around. We walked in to order and paid at 7:56pm and receivedour food at 8:28pm. From payment to receiving our 20 piece tailgate was 32 minutes. That poor kid was on a sinking boat andpeople came and left without ordering because of how slow it was taking. They were out of sides because no one was making themfor him to use in orders. Then the kid had to stop putting our order together when someone else wanted to order. Pathetic. Theon-duty manager needs to get some training with identifying and correcting issues, time management, and properly staffing keypositions to ensure fast efficient service. This store is consistently horrible. Especially in the evenings. Just left there waited 30 minutes for 4 wings and 2 breasts. No... one working there had any customers service or sense of urgency. Even the manager. She literally gave me raw fries! Its reallyridiculous. This is not my first problem with this store but its definitely the last. Do yourself a favor and go to popeyes.These people are a mess and nothing is being done about it. Read more
Waited 10 minutes for order to be taken, then waited 40 minutes for my order (Bacon and egg biscuit, 2 sausage biscuits and 2... orders of Bo tater rounds). The manager did state it would take a little bit to get my order, as she would have to make theeggs.. but 40 minutes, Is a bit extreme. Read more
Literally just left from waiting 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. I was the only person in line and no one ever... looked my direction. Everyone looks like they?re stuck in the corner in their own world. Ultimately I just decided to leave. Ican?t even claim terrible service because I got no service at all. This Bojangles is on point from 5:30am until 1:00pm. Things go fairly smooth during this time. That crew usually has a good... balance of older people and mature adults. Don't even bother coming here after 1pm. The next shift(s) of employees don't care atall. The professionalism, food quality, and customer service completely vanishes. They clearly don't want to be at work, haveterrible attitudes, and treat paying customers like we're bothering them. Read more
Love their biscuits and ice tea. The place is always in need of a cleaning. Front counter where the chicken is displayed under... the heat lamp is oily and load with crumbs. The staff is playing in the back. Manger has their hands full keeping them focusedon the job. Read more
Food was warm, customer service was better than average. However, the line in drive thru was long and the time from ordering to... getting my order was close to 10 minutes. Perhaps they had people out so a second visit is warranted, but if it gets better willedit my review. Read more
Stopped and got two bo berry biscuits. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for biscuits that were hard, with icing that was... obviously very old and crusty and had been applied hours ago. Read more
