Great service, food and prices all the way around. The Duck Fat fries were amazing! Burgers were perfect as well. If you didn't... want to order a custom menu burger, you can build your own. They offered a great selection of cocktails and Craft Beer. The Darkchocolate shake didn't taste like Dark chocolate, but almost like Hershey's syrup added and not as cold and thick, was stilltasty. I was not impressed! I decided to cope with $9.50 for a cheeseburger but I received sticker shock when my bill was $18! I did... not know 28 fries would equate to a $5 up charge! I will say my granddaughter?s caramel and maple milkshake was splendid but Iam afraid of your prices. I consumed your ?burger? and was repulsed, it lacked any sort of mouthwatering flavor and was HIGHLYundercooked. We expected a candle lit dinner but the heavily used candles were not lit and were shady. Not to mention, therewere cooks screaming with profane language about wanting to leave. I will not return. Awesome food. The burger was so delicious. The fries were some of the most crispy fries I've ever had. I got a milkshake... afterwards and it was so creamy and delicious. Everything was amazing. Honestly I was excited about trying this place out due to the reviews stating how good it was. Truthfully I was disappointed. I... will say the service was good and the staff was very friendly . The day I went was busy so the wait times reflected that butwithin 20 minutes or so I received my burger and fries. I opted to get a burger with cheddar cheese , bacon , lettuce tomatoonion and Mayo. First let?s talk about the burger , bun was fresh as well as the vegetables and the meat was well cooked. Soafter a few bites I will say this , the meat was vastly under seasoned and the bacon was nearly non existent. I paid anadditional 2.50$ for my bacon and I expected more than just one slice split in half. The cheese you could barely taste and itall tasted very bland. The fries were well cooked well and golden brown and crispy but these were in fact over seasoned. Aftereating three or so fries I literally had a cake of salt at the end of my lips . I wish they would have taken the salt from thefries and put it on the burger . All in all it was ok and total price spent was about 22$ with tip. Would I eat here again ?Probably not , and maybe they had an off day. Read more
First time visit and we will definitely be back. J waited on us and the customer service was awesome. The burgers and onion... rings were great! My margarita was really good. Great atmosphere. My only complaint was the music was a little loud to hold acomfortable conversation. Read more
Love this place! This was the best burger I?ve had in a while. There?s a wide selection and they have great drinks. The... aesthetic is cool and the staff are very nice. Their frozen drinks are excellent as are the bartender?s suggestions! We triedthe frozarita which was very yummy. Beauvine has indoor and outdoor seating, and the side of the restaurant opens so even ifyou?re indoors, you can feel the open air. We got a burger and the Lafayette. We had the hot butter rum, rutti tutti shake, Joe?s beef burger, a custom burger, and duck fat fries. Everything was amazing and... I have no complaints. Burgers were cooked perfects with all fresh ingredients , shake said it contained alcohol and didn?t seemto have much in it at all but was delicious regardless. Fries were perfectly cooked. Was pretty affordable overall , paid $70for 3 drinks, 2 burgers and fries -including the tip. Probably one of the best burgers I?ve ever had, the sauce and truffles onthe Joe?s beef burger were delicious! Read more
My burger was great. I ordered the turkey meat and make your own way. The fries were ok. The price was average, I think, and... to be expected anytime you go out. $21 for double burger and fries. I ordered to go and I was extremely disappointed that myfood was tossed at me by the lady behind the bar when it was ready. I mean literally, tossed on the counter like a bag of trash. I asked for ketchup and she sharply said ?it?s in the bag?. So for customer service I would say 0 stars, but perhaps that isnot every persons experience. Read more
