November 12th placed an order at this Arby?s, door dash delivers. I receive the kids meal I ordered, the chicken tenders with... drink. Then I ordered a brisket sandwich meal. I only received the drink. I ended up with 2 completely different receipts. The food we did receive looked gross and from the day before. One person sick and my son wouldn?t even touch the fries.Corporate is next. Absolutely ridiculous you can?t even get food made right anymore. Also y?all charged me 40 dollars for 21dollars worth of food and no one can do anything right. WILL NEVER GO TO ARBYS AGAIN and to think back in the day that was myfavorite spot to go to and to see what it?s like today is an ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT. I have been eating at Arby's for years. Arby's food quality is tasty cheaper, and they are charging more. The roasted chicken is... the best real food tasting on the menu. Why do you have to pay for sour cream when you order a bake potato? Read more
I ordered a particular sandwich from the drive thru. Got home to discover I was given the wrong sandwich although the correct... name was on the receipt. I called the store but no one answered. I drove back to the store to request a refund. I was reallycool about the issue but the manager there (blonde haired woman) was offended that I did not want the correct sandwich instead.She handed me the refund and walked away. Food is good, but the long wait it the drive through was excessive. Very expensive for mediocre service. A Smokehouse Barbecue... Combo (with a baked potato ???? substituted for fries, and a side of broccoli was 18.50....only to get home and the order wasincorre t and the potato was over-nuked and dry. They seemed a little chaotic in the communication between the kichen, frontlibe, and drive through....but overall, not too bad. Read more
Cleanest Arby's I've been in. Staff was super friendly. Service was super fast. Food was hot and fresh. Beef and cheddar is... always our go-to and they made it just right. We also had the chicken nuggets today. Best nuggets. So good! Perfect breading andquality chicken. Definitely recommend trying them out. Read more
The lady was really nice. We get home and food was just ok and not 100% correct. But look at the mash potatoes as the side. ... Um, disgusting, they went straight in the trash. They should look at the food they are giving you and ask themselves, would Ieat this? Wasted my $$ that night. Read more
