We purchased wings, salad and fries. Everything was delicious. We would definitely order from here again when visiting Richmond.

You should name the business America's best wings with fry features , it's one thing to buy raw chicken with feathers but to... have it fully cooked with feathers is a different level, now I have to be wondering if you clean the wings any at all beforecooking. I'm very disappointed. Read more

The regular guy at register who takes orders is gone, my grilled chicken wrap was the worst, it was dry, they put hot peppers on... it instead of green peppers, I asked for extra mayo, it was dry as a bone and it taste funny. 2 days it was dry, that is it,they have a new cook also. First of all, every table is dirty. Employees are sitting on their phones talking to each other instead of cleaning one table.... It?s not like the place is packed with people. The price is NOT worth the old chicken wings that they coated with sauce andprobably popped in the microwave. Customer service is okay. Refills for a dollar? I ordered the 10 piece wings combo with small drink via phone. I looked at the menu online. Cost: $9.49 (See photo). I... arrived. I paid with my bank debit card. Then I realized they had charged charged me $12.99. I showed them the ad on my phone. Menu is old, he said. Told them they should update their information. I Waited for food. Order is now ready I ask for a largedrink as compensation. He said no. He wanted $.88 more cents. I told them to keep the drink, fries, and chicken. I left. Icalled my bank immediately. My account was immediately credited $14.66 (order plus taxes). I wish I could be there when thetransaction is denied. They lost a customer forever. No one should do business with these people. Absolutely disgusting. If they'd change their oil even once per decade it might help. I ordered the fish and chips combo and... ended up with some unidentifiable little shreds of something deep fried. Ended up spending $40 and threw it all in thegarbage. Go elsewhere. Read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular America's Best Wings. I've been twice and got the same flavors... both times; honey old Bay & honey moon dust. They taste amazing. Just recently moved to Richmond and this is my first go-tospot. Read more

The food is very good and I like that it's a variety of food choices, chicken, fish, subs, salads, etc. I just tried the fried... catfish burger, it was delicious!!!. I have eaten there at least 5 times and I am still a satisfied customer. Oh, and thecustomer service was okay. Read more
