We made a pickup order and only half our wings were sauced. The other half was just sitting in a puddle of nasty fryer grease.... Also, I found out why no one ever answers the phone at this location. I watch them pick and hang up on customer after customerand leave the lines off the hook. Update: decided to try this place out again...still sucks. Read more
Oh boy. I called ahead to get the wait time and decided to place an order online. I?m very thankful I did so, because if I... didn?t have my receipt ?this would be possible?. These are the things that went wrong: wrong amount of wings, I requested alldrum sticks (didn?t get that), I requested seasoned fries (seasoning just sitting on top of fries), the sauce? Drizzled on thewings, not mixed, but drizzled. I ordered them well done. Pale is what I got and one of the pieces still had a bit of pink toit. I had to prep and cook the food that was ?made to order?. I don?t normally get upset about these things but whatparticularly ticked me off was the person who answered the phone when I called for a refund. He placed me on hold to take anorder, when he got back and asked what happened, he said that it isn?t possible to get that many things wrong with an order andthat a refund might not be possible it?s up to the manager who arrives at 6pm. Now, I have worked in customer service for years,I am not a Karen. I do not care that the order was not ready at the time it was promised to be. I am upset because I informed afood service worker that this meal was subpar and could have made me ill but? ?that?s not possible.? I? mmm? hmmm? I?ve workedfor a wingstop, I know what the food should look like and how the front of house needs to be managed. People make mistakes, andI certainly have! 2 months ago I ordered wings and fries via doordash and they arrived to my house cold. I called in my order today and the staff... told me to arrive in 20 minutes to pick up 6 wings and a reg fries. I showed up within 10 minutes of calling and my fries werecold and the wings were dry and overcooked. I ordered buffalo wings and they were so dry that the sauce stuck to to the wingslike a dry rub. The meat inside the wing was like jerky. I returned to the desk and asked for a refund. The staff wrote my firstname and the last four digits of my card number on blank receipt paper and said that the money would be refunded within 2-5business days. I asked how will I show proof of this conversation and the staff said I'll show them this paper. The Managerdidn't even come to the desk to address my concerns. They weren't busy at all. Disappointed. Expecting moist wing meat, received very over cooked wings, where the skin was dry like leather, and fries also... overcooked just shy of burned. Couldn?t finish my combo, everything tasted the same and very dry. Not very tasty. They needto change their oil, I think. Marcos wings are MUCH better! Maybe I came on a bad day? Read more
