Food was cold, trash bins were full, fountain drink station malfunction (spraying all over) & napkin dispenser was empty. To... top it off, an employee named Madison goes into restroom with gloves and hazmat vest, then comes out with them still on walkingto the food station without putting new gloves to continue to work and touching orders . I think she needs to be retrained onbeing sanitary and to be told what happens when you go into a restroom with a hazmat vest after she flushes. This place has gone downhill. The quality of the food is bad. Soggy and cold food has become normal. Bad attitudes from the... workers is on the rise. Today our Sprites were just soda water, no flavor at all. But the worst part is that my wife's meal hada piece of blue glove in it. Drive a little further away and get peace of mind. Read more

I?ve eaten here in the past and it?s a hit or miss, and it?s usually a miss. The burger is usually feels like it?s room... temperature. I?ve had my order completely wrong several times, but the last time was it for me because there was a hair in theburger and I can?t get past that. If I could give no stars I sure would. The manager (Mary) here is a extremely rude woman. She spoke to my daughter aggressively... while taking our order. When I called to tell her that my order was incorrect she denied any accountability saying she didn?tmake the order. She told me that If I wanted my order corrected I needed to come back the same day then hung up in my face. Ilive in westchase my zip code is 77077 and she expects a customer to drive back 30mins to get my order a second time! I will beescalating this up to corporate because her behavior is unacceptable and no customer should be treated or talk to this way!After driving back she continued to be rude and argumentative. This is the worst Whataburger location. They win at being consistently bad. Orders are always wrong and wait times are atrocious... if you do curbside even if you are the only car there. For example, I recently placed a curbside order and was missing one of myfood items. The male that brought out the food put the fountain drinks knotted inside a bag and did not even warn me they weredrinks. He ran off before I could even turn to say thank you. I then had to get out of the car because of my missing item andrun inside the store since no one answered the phone, thus defeating the purpose of the ease of curbside. Please do better. Read more
