Wait time is wait to much. With how much profit this chain makes & over priced the food is you could expect a little quicker... service. Don't come here in the morning unless you can afford to be late to work. This is the SLOWEST location I have ever been to, they... average 20 mins just to make one meal. They are extremely lazy in the morning and it's very obvious they don't care. Literallyany other place you go to will make your food when you order vs when they feel like it. Read more
More like Whatajoke. Not sure when they are going to hire more than one person to do everything. Never waited less than 20... minutes in the drive through. Either understaffed or just stupid. Grabbed a quick bit right around lunchtime. While the drive-through was super busy, it was surprisingly not too crowded inside.... Whataburger is a great place to go for a good burger without blowing the budget. Read more
I visited this store at 10:15am. They were not very busy. The people working there were really nice but, the table tops were... dirty and felt oily. Also, the floors were slippery to walk on. I guess they use the same oily mop in the dining area, as theyuse in the kitchen. Read more
Needless to say I meant to take a picture before I started eating. The adage of go big or go home really applies in Texas. For... the sweet and spicy bacon burger and it was all that and then some. I could only take a pic of the wrapper. The drink is amedium. And let's not forget the hot apple pie. Customer service is also top notch (Chick-fil-A has competition). Read more
I ordered 2 patty melts and spicy chicken sandwich- imagine my shock to get the patty melts on buns. Where is the ____ Texas... Toast? I called the location and the manager said they have a shortage of TT so they are rationing out what they have. Myresponse ma?am do you know if you would have mentioned this at the time of my order, I would have possibly chosen somethingdifferent. Her response most of the times customers don?t care about the bun. She did offer to remake the sandwiches, when everthey got Texas toast. Read more
The restaurant was freezing! The workers all were wearing coats. When we commented about how cold the restaurant was, the worker... agreed and said that was the reason they were all wearing coats, even the ones over the grill cooking. While the six of us werewaiting at tables where the sun was shining in, the napkins were blowing off the table. We asked the young man at the counter ifhe could ask the manager to turn the air conditioning a bit warmer. The worker returned and told us the manager said no. Othercustomers were freezing, as well. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you are wearing long pants and long sleeves, but are violentlyshivering! We couldn't tell you a thing about the quality of the food. We didn't finish eating and left the establishment. Seemslike the manager is more concerned about himself instead of the customers. He just lost six customers. We won't be back! Read more
