I've visited a few times already I love the outside dinning area and the food is always prepared well. No complaints here
I have never written a review for a fast food restaurant before, but I felt the need to recognize this Wendy's! The first two... times I've been here, was in the drive thru and both times I was pleasantly surprised about how fast I got my food and howpleasent the exchange was. Today, I dined in and I literally got my receipt, took a minute to scan the well-kept interior andthen my order was called. Super quick and everything was exactly as I ordered. I have a bad experiences yesterday, I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich And this comes cold with bad small and source taste... that I have to returning. I request a different sandwich But with this bad experience, I lost my appetite. It's a Shame this isa new restaurant (Building) with very young peoples working on it. The food is always great. But the inside customer service is horrible. There was a little girl at the front taking orders with a... nasty attitude. I?ll recommend just doing drive through, don?t go inside because the vibes are not it. Be warned. Read more
I have never been to a nicer Wendy's. The entire staff acknowledged me when I walked in and were almost over the top courteous... the entire time I dined in. I honestly don't expect much from a Wendy's but I couldn't believe how amazing the service was. Myhamburger was great too! Read more
I?ve been to this location a few times before and everytime has been smooth and order was correct everytime. I?ve seen the... manager working also he?s super nice, quick and efficient with everything he does. I usually visited during the day timesthrough all my previous visits. However, a few days ago i went through the drive thru around 10pm at night and after placing myorder and paying for it at the first window, it was all fine. As soon as i got to the second window this man/woman idk what wasgoing on with him/her but he/she was showing a lot of attitude for no reason. Told us to go wait at the front for our order,then slammed the window on our face. I ordered a number 6 chicken sandwich and 10 pc spicy nuggets and i wanted ghost pepperranch sauce. That was it. I waited 20 mins and saw 3 cars from behind me leaving after getting their order. Finally, theguy/girl comes out, doesn?t say a single word hands the bag and leaves. Even after being told ?Thank you!? in the most gentlemanner after waiting for 20 mins for a sandwich and 10 spicy nuggets, there was no response from him/her. After that happened, ichecked the bag the food was barely warm, and they gave me bbq sauce instead of ghost pepper ranch and there was also a nonspicy nugget in the 10pc which i don?t mind as much but the sauce was a big let down for me. I didn?t enjoy my food whatsoever.If i could leave a review for the service i received it would be 0 stars. I?m giving a 2 star because I know there?s potentialto do better, and not every employee is giving out attitude faster than the food itself. P.S, After reading other reviews it?sclear that no one is reaching out to any customers that are leaving complaints. So this might be useless in trying to make achange so if you?re reading this, Go eat Chick Fil A. Read more

Was rushed while trying to place order...rude and unprofessional...got home and order totally wrong was given a kids burger with... only mayo and cheese....tried to call store ...of course no one ever answered. 21.00 for an incorrect order...I will be goingback to the store in the morning and speak with a manager.
