I had a small order, but you would have thought I had ordered the whole menu. Stunningly poor, slow service. This is supposed to... be FAST food, but that seems like too high a goal for the inept employees of this location to attain. They need to fire everyoneand start over. Read more
Couldn?t be more disappointed to see the British flag flying on 9/11 at the Wendy?s location. Albeit they wanted to honor the... death of Queen Elizabeth but this is a poor choice. Read more
Burnt fries(served with skin and why not original?), no carbonation diet orange soda, mini lettuce and no visible mustard as I... ordered mustard burgers. The young man was very helpful but the manager never came out when I opened up my burgers to show himinvisible mustard. The facility was locked and I was outside standing after going thru line. NO ONE was around and the lady atthe window had me pull up past the window as if there was a long line. Ordered online and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM WENDY'S. This iswhy they are shutting down all over Houston. This one was at Wilcrest and Hwy 6 South. Aliana is an upscale neighborhood andthis location will close very soon. Too bad. Read more
I normally don't bother in writing these reviews. But just the sheer incompetence of this particular location (w/ sufficient... evidence as per prior reviews) needs to be made clear for any unsuspecting customers. The prior reviews are spot-on. Theredoesn't even have to be a very long line, nor do you have to make any sort of complicated order ? the people here will stillmanage to screw it all up. How pathetic is that? Kid you not, I literally just ordered ONE MEDIUM FROSTY. ONE. And there wereonly 2 people ahead of me in line. Yet the moment I pull up to the window, they are handing me complete meal combos (and tryingto charge me in full for that wrong order). I just rolled with it regarding the extra food, only because I still managed to getthe frosty I wanted (i.e. I was lucky that the correct size and flavor just so happened to be part of the wrong order). Alsoreasonable food quality, which is, again, good luck on my end. The luck on my end made me generous, so I'll give two stars. Butit really needs to be one star, or even lower, as I'm well aware from prior reviews regarding how bad things can get at thisspecific location. Mistakes happen, true, but with such a huge gaffe from even that simple order, combined with the ampleevidence from prior reviews regarding repeated errors ... it just demonstrates pure incompetence regarding this particularlocation, which others need to be aware of. Disappointed once again.......this location is so new yet they can't seem to get it together. Employees seem more concerned... with socializing amongst themselves then do the job they are paid for properly.
