We?ve been coming here for several years and been very happy here. Tonight they tried to feed us a bunch of fat and push it as... the ?fatty part of the brisket?. I asked my wife right away what the yellow stuff was in her Pho? She started pulling it all outand ended up with what?s showing in the picture. Ummm, we?re in Texas! We know what the fatty part of the brisket is and itdoesn?t include all of that extra fat. Who would eat that? You can?t feed fat to your customers and tell them it?s alright. Thenwhen my wife was asking about the other meats, she (maybe the owner) said your order?s fine. Maybe trying to save a few dollarsby sacrificing quality. The downfall of many good restaurants. This was our first visit to Viet Soul. We ordered our 'go to' dishes (we aren't very experienced in Vietnamese food) - Pho Soup,... and Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce. While the food wasn't unusual or distinctive compared to other restaurants, it WAS tasty andsatisfying. What was unusual is the friendly and attentive service! Oh ... the Thai Tea was the best we have EVER tasted. Wewill definitely be back!!! Incidentally, they don't offer 'Appetizers'. They do, however, have 'Hunger Starters'. (lol) Read more
First time getting Togo from this place. Customer service over the phone was phenomenal. Picked up the food and it was nicely... packed. We ordered two large Pho. Let me tell you this, it was super delicious. Broth was on point, meat were cooked toperfection. Vinegar onions and side of fatty oil were also packed. Keep in mind this was Togo! We really hate Togo pho! Butdannnnggggg it was super good. Imagine eating it at the restaurant. Will try soon! Enjoy!! Read more
I was really disappointed with the spring rolls. I'm accustomed to more even mix of vegetables, vermicelli, and meat. This was... mainly vermicelli, and a small piece of lettuce, wrapped in meat. Truth be told the chicken and beef were tasty, just not what Iexpected overall. Read more

Really love the food and serenity of the restaurant. Tables were clean. No sticky feeling. For food, I've ordered the fried... wings and Pho Bo Vien (Pho Meatballs & Tendons) broth was flavorful. Fried wings was sure top it off. Just enoughsauce/seasoning! Peach Lemonade was refreshing not too sweet and just right. For service, the server named Tram was veryfriendly and helpful. Read more
